POLITICSԳործնականում դատական համակարգի վեթինգն արդեն սկսված է: Այս մասին այսօր խորհրդարանում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
«Ես ուզում եմ շատ կարևոր մի բան արձանագրել: Այս ամեն ինչի արդյունքում՝ ՀՀ դատական համակարգում կա ճգնաժամ, որովհետև Վճռաբեկ դատարանը հայտարարություն է անում ՍԴ-ի դեմ, դատարանների խորհուրդը հայտարարություն է ունում ԲԴԽ-ի դեմ, ինչքան գիտեմ՝ ԲԴԽ-ն էլ է պատրաստվում հայտարարություն անել: Այսինքն՝ հենց դատական համակարգն ընդունում է, որ ճգնաժամը կա»,- նշեց նա:
Վարչապետը հավելեց, որ իր և իր կառավարության խնդիրն այն չէ, որ «գերանդին առնեն, հնձեն բոլորին»:
«Ամենամեծ պրոբլեմն ինձ համար առաջին օրից այն է, որ մեկին բռնում են, ամբողջ մամուլը գրում է՝ վարչապետն ինչի՞ որոշեց էսինչին բռնի, բաց են թողնում, ասում են՝ վարչապետն ինչի՞ որոշեց բաց թողնի, էս ի՞նչ խաղեր են տալիս: Խնդիրն այն է, որ ինչ կատարվում է դատական համակարգում, սլաքներն ուղղվում են ինձ վրա, չնայած՝ ես ասել եմ, օրինակ եմ ծառայել, որ չեմ միջամտում դատական գործերին: Սա անհեթեթ վիճակ է, որովհետև եթե դու առնչություն չունես որոշումների հետ, մնում ես քո լիազորությունների շրջանակում, բայց և՛ համակիրները, և՛ ընդդիմադիրներն ասում են՝ էս ի՞նչ խաղեր եք տալիս, որ սրան բաց են թողնում: Հնարավոր չի այս պայմաններում»,- շեշտեց նա:
Վարչապետը հավելեց, որ դատարանները արգելափակելու որոշման նպատակն էր ի ցույց դնել այն, որ ինքը կապ չունի դատական որոշումների վրա: «Ինձ վրա մի դրեք մի բան, որն ինձ հետ կապ չունի, բայց եթե հանրությունը դնում է այդ պատասխանատվությունն իր վրա, և մենք այդ մեկ տարին սպառված ենք համարում, որ դատական համակարգն ինքը ինքնամաքրման պրոցես սկսի, այստեղ գալիս է քաղաքական որոշումների ժամանակը:
Ես չեմ կարող հանրության այդ ուղերձն անտեսել և նշանակում է, որ մեր քաղաքական թիմը որոշակի պատասխանատվություն կվերցնի իր վրա»,- ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և հավելեց. «Առաջիկայում կստեղծենք հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան»:
