ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկը տեղեկացնում է, որ նոյեմբերի 19-ին ԱՄՆ դոլարի փոխարժեքը կազմել է 481.84 դրամ՝ նախորդ օրվա համեմատ նվազելով 0.07 դրամով:  «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` եվրոյի փոխարժեքը աճել է 1.17 դրամով և կազմել 514.80 դրամ, բրիտանական ֆունտի փոխարժեքն աճել է 0.76 դրամով և կազմել 734.95 դրամ: Իսկ ռուսական ռուբլու փոխարժեքը նվազել է 0.03 դրամով` կազմելով 7.42 դրամ: 

Թանկարժեք մետաղների գները սահմանվել են՝ արծաթը 219.51 դրամ, ոսկին` 16 հազար 541.06 դրամ, պլատինը` 13 հազար 74.84 դրամ:
