Վերջապես ո՞ւմ թեկնածուն է Վահե Գրիգորյանը, ով «պետք է տնօրինի մեր դատաիրավական համակարգը»
POLITICSԲավականին հետաքրքիր զարգացումներ են ընթանում ՍԴ անդամի թեկնածության հետ կապված գործընթացներում: Ինչպես հայտնի է, ՀՀ նախագահը ՍԴ դատավորի պաշտոնի համար արդեն երկրորդ անգամ առաջարկել է Վահե Գրիգորյանի անունը, ում թեկնածությունը 2018ին հանրապետական մեծամասնություն ունեցող ԱԺ-ն մեկ անգամ մերժել էր: Գրիգորյանի թեկնածության վերաբերյալ հանրային լուրջ դիսկուրս ծավալվեց՝ հիմնականում բացասական երանգավորմամբ:
Ահա այս առիթով իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները՝ հանձին վարչապետի, բավականին հետաքրքիր տակտիկա են որդեգրել. նրանք առաջ են քաշում այն թեզը, որ Գրիգորյանը ոչ թե իրենց, այսինքն՝ «Քաղպայմանագրի» կամ «Իմ քայլի», այլ հենց նախագահի թեկնածուն է: Երեկ փաստացի այս մասին բացահայտ հայտարարեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Սա հետաքրքիր է այն առումով, որ նման կերպ նախ փորձ է արվում «սվաղել» այն թեման, որ նախագահի և վարչապետի միջև առկա է լուրջ տարաձայնություն: Մյուս կողմից՝ սրանով փորձ է արվել ապաքաղաքականացնել, «ապաքաղպայմանագրացնել» ՍԴ ապագա դատավորին, թեպետ ակնհայտ է, որ Գրիգորյանի հարցում շահագրգիռ են հենց իշխանությունները: Այս ամենը հիշեցնում է նախորդ իշխանությունների այն գործելաոճը, երբ մի անհատի կամ իրենց քաղաքական շահերի համար հատուկ օրենսդրական փոփոխություններ էին անում, որպեսզի ամեն ինչ լինի «օրենքի տառին համապատասխան». թեման այնքան էին «ծամծմում», մինչև իրենց ցանկալի արդյունքին հասնեն:
Ի դեպ, չափազանց ուշագրավ էր ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի երեկվա հայտարարությունը, թե Վահե Գրիգորյանի տեսակը պետք է տնօրինի մեր դատաիրավական համակարգը: Հնարավոր է, որ սա ուղղակի հաստատումն է օրեր առաջվա մեր այն տեղեկության, որ հաջորդ «սերիաներում» իշխանությունները փորձելու են ճնշում գործադրել Հրայր Թովմասյանի վրա, որպեսզի նա հրաժարական տա, ու հնարավոր լինի Վահե Գրիգորյանին «կարգել» ՍԴ նախագահ: Առաջին քայլերն իշխանություններն արդեն սկսել են. երեկ մի քանի հոգի հավաքվել էին ՍԴ առջև ու պահանջում էին Թովմասյանի հրաժարականը:
