Երգի պետական թատրոնի նախկին տնօրենն ապօրինի վարձատրության է հանձնել աշխատասենյակները՝ յուրացնելով մոտ 42 մլն դրամ (տեսանյութ)

Ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության կոռուպցիայի և տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների հակազդման վարչությունում ստացված տեղեկությունների հիման վրա նախապատրաստված նյութերով բացահայտվել է «Հայաստանի երգի պետական թատրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի նախկին տնօրենի ապօրինությունները: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ոստիկանությունից:
Մասնավորապես պարզվել է, որ ըստ նախնական տվյալների՝ ՊՈԱԿ-ի նախկին տնօրենը 1998-ից 2019 թվականներին, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի հափշտակություն կատարելու միասնական դիտավորությամբ, իր պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով, ՊՈԱԿ-ին պատկանող Երևանի Խանջյան փողոցի շենքի տարբեր աշխատասենյակներ առանց պայմանագրերի և որոշ դեպքերում նաև պայմանագրերով ապօրինի վարձակալության է հանձնել տարբեր ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց:
Վարձակալությունից կանխիկ եղանակով ստացված գումարները չեն մուտքագրվել ՊՈԱԿ-ի բյուջե և յուրացվել են:
Քննությանն այս պահին հայտնի տվյալներով, պաշտոնատար անձը ընդհանուր առմամբ յուրացրել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ շուրջ 41.780.000 դրամ:
Առերևույթ հանցագործության փաստի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որն ուղարկվել է քննչական մարմին՝ նախաքննության:
