Պատմության մեջ ամենաթանկ ընթրիքը պատվիրվել է Ռոման Աբրամովիչի կողմից, Դարյա Ժուկովայի, իր որդու՝ Արկադիյի եւ երեք գործընկերների ընկերակցությամբ: Նրանք որոշել էին ընթրել Նյու-Յորքյան Nello’s ռեստորանում: Ռոման Աբրամովիչը սկսել է իր ընթրիքը սպիտակ տրյուֆելներից կարպաչոյով, այնուհետեւ նա պատվիրում է հորթի միս՝ պատրաստաված միլանյան եղանակով եւ իտալական տալյատելլե պաստա, ինչպես նաեւ Աբրամովիչի սիրելի պարմեզան պանիր: Դեսերտին նա պատվիրել է տիրամիսու, սակայն դիետայի պատճառով կերել է դրա ընդամենը մեկ-երրորդը: Իսկ մնացաց հյուրերը պատվիրել են ծովամթերք եւ իտալական պաստա, ինչպես նաեւ թանկարժեք գինիներ: Ըստ սպասարկող անձնակազմի նրանք արտաքինից ոչնչով չէին տարբերվում սովորական նյու-յորքյան տուրիստներից: 

 Աշխարհի ամենաթանկ ընթրիքը  ներառում էր 2 շիշ  Chateau Petrus, 3 շիշ  La Tache Romanee Conti pinot noir   և  2 շիշ   մեկուկես լիտրանոց  Cristal rose  շամպայններ` յուրաքանչյուրը $5000 արժողությամբ: Ընդհանուր միայն գինու համար վճարվել է $35 000, սակայն Դարիա Ժուկովան, ով այդ ժամանակ երեխայի էր սպասում, ըմպում էր միայն հանքային ջուր`  մեկ շիշը 16$ արժողությամբ:

 “Ռոման Արկադեվիչը ընդհանրապես չզարմացավ` տեսնելով  իրեն ներկայացված հաշիվը,- տեղեկացնում է մատուցողը:- Նա միայն հետաքրքրվեց` արդյոք այդ գումարի մեջ ներառված է  նաև մատուցած ծառայության արժեքը: Կողքի սեղանի շուրջ նստած զույգը կարծում էր, թե այս մարդիկ մեծ գումար են շահել խաղարկությամբ և որոշել են տոնել:”

  Nello's  ռեստորանի տերը  Աբրամովիչին նվիրեց ֆուտբոլի գնդակ` որպես հատուկ հյուրի, և առաջարկեց գնել New York Yankees բեյսբոլի թիմը: Աբրամովիչը հրաժարվեց, պատասխանելով` “Շնորհակալություն, բայց  իմ խնդիրները բավականցանում են արդեն  Chelsea-ի հետ:”

 Արդյունքում աշխարհի ամենաթանկ ընթրիքի հաշիվը կազմեց 47.221,09 ԱՄՆ դոլլար` 1 ժամ 18 րոպե տևողությամբ ճաշի համար: Այդ գումրը ներառում էր 20% թեյավճար, սակայն ընկերությունը մատուցողների թեյավճարին ավելացրեց ևս  $5000: Արդյունքում`  52 000$:
