SOCIETYՀունիսի 6-ին, ժամը 16.10-ին, ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժնի քրեական հետախույզներն օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ էին ստացել, որ Արշալույս գյուղի 20-ամյա բնակիչը հողամասում կառուցված ջերմատանը ցանել եւ մշակում է կանեփի 25 բույս, իսկ տանը պահում է կանեփի չորացված զանգված:
Ոստիկանությունից հայտնում են, որ տեղեկությունների հիման վրա հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։
Հունիսի 7-ին, դատարանի որոշմամբ, խուզարկվել են առանձնատունն ու օժանդակ շինությունները: Արդյունքում՝ ջերմատնից հայտնաբերվել է 27 կանեփի բույս եւ օգտագործված 2 կաթոցիչ՝ ածխացած-մոխրացած զանգվածներով:
Ըստ 20-ամյա երիտասարդի հոր հայտարարության՝ կանեփի բույսերն անձնական օգտագործման համար ցանել, մշակել եւ աճեցրել է ինքը:
