Մեղրը համարվում է առողջության բնական էլիքսիր: Երբևէ փորձե՞լ եք մեղր ուտել քնելուց առաջ: Կան մի շարք պատճառներ քնելուց առաջ մեղր ուտելու համար:

Քնելուց առաջ  մեղր ուտելը այրում է ճարպերը:  10 անգամ ավելի շատ ճարպ է այրվում , քան մարզասրահում  տանջալից մարզումների արյունքում: Քնելուց առաջ ընդամենը  պետք է ուտել 1 թեյի գալ մեղր:

Քնելուց առաջ մեղր ուտելը մաքրում է լյարդը: Հատկապես  օգտակար է մեղրի և դդումի հյութի  խառնուրդը 1:1 հարաբերությամբ: Ընդունել մեկ ամիս և լյարդը կսկսի ավելի լավ աշխատել,  կլավանա նյութափոխանակությունը:
