ԱՄՆ-ում ի հայտ կգա հսկայական պաշտպանական կորպորացիա
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱՄՆ-ի խոշորագույն պաշտպանական եւ ավիատիեզերական ընկերություններից United Technologies-ն ու Raytheon-ը բանակցում են միավորման շուրջ, հաղորդում է ՌԲԿ-ը՝ հղում կատարելով The Wall Street Journal-ին:
Ընկերության ընդհանուր արժեքը, որը կարող է որոշվել գործարքի արդյունքում, կհասնի շուրջ 166 մլրդ դոլարի: Forbes-ի տվյալներով՝ 2019 թվականին Raytheon-ի կապիտալացումը կազմել է 51.1 մլրդ դոլար: Ընկերությունում աշխատում է 67 հազար մարդ: Պարբերականի վարկածով՝ Raytheon-ը զբաղեցնում է 304-րդ հորիզոնականը համաշխարհային խոշորագույն ընկերությունների ցանկում եւ 89-րդ տեղն ԱՄՆ-ի հանրային ընկերությունների աղյուսակում 2018 թվականին: Այս ընկերությունը ներառված է ԱՄՆ-ում բանակի համար սպառազինությունների եւ ռազմական տեխնիկայի կառուցման «մեծ եռյակում» Boeing եւ Lockheed Martin ընկերությունների հետ միասին: Այսպես, ընկերությունն արտադրում է Patriot զենիթա-հրթիռային համալիրները, B-1 Lancer եւ B-2 Spirit ռմբակոծման համար նախատեսված սարքավորումները, AGM-88 HARM եւ BGM-109 Tomahawk հրթիռները:
United Technologies-ի կապիտալացումը երկու անգամ ավելին է՝ 118.1 մլրդ դոլար: Աշխատակիցների թիվը հասնում է 240 հազարի: Համաշխարհային խոշորագույն ընկերությունների ցանկում այն գրավում է 78-րդ հորիզոնականը: Ընկերության կազմում են այնպիսի արտադրողները, ինչպիսիք են Pratt & Whitney-ը (տուրբոռեակտիվ շարժիչներ ռազմական ինքնաթիռների եւ քաղաքացիական օդանավերի համար), Otis վերելակների եւ շարժասանդուղքների աշխարհում խոշորագույն արտադրողը, կլիմայական համակարգերի արտադրման հարցում առաջատարներից մեկը՝ Carrier Corporation-ը:
Գործարքի հստակ պայմանները դեռ հայտնի չեն: WSJ-ի տվյալներով՝ ամենայն հավանականությամբ բաժնետոմսերի մեծ մասը կպատկանի United Technologies-ի բաժնետերերին: Նոր ընկերությունը վաճառքների ծավալով կդառնա ավիատիեզերական եւ պաշտպանական ոլորտում աշխարհում երկրորդ ընկերությունը Boeing-ից հետո: Դրա տարեկան եկամուտը կարող է կազմել ավելի քան 70 մլրդ դոլար: Միավորված ընկերության ղեկավարը կդառնա United Technologie-ի կառավարման խորհրդի նախագահ Գրեգ Հեյսը: Կառավարման խորհրդի նախագահի պաշտոնը կզբաղեցնի Raytheon–ի տնօրենների խորհրդի նախագահ եւ գործադիր տնօրեն Թոմաս Քենեդին:
