Քվեարկության օրվա ընթացքում կարող են լինել տարբեր գնահատականներ, տարբեր խախտումներ տարբեր սուբյեկտների կողմից, որովհետեւ հաշված ժամերի ընթացքում իրավահարաբերության մեջ են մտնում հազարավոր մարդիկ, եւ Ընտրական օրենսգրքի պահանջն այն է, որ դրանք բոլորը պատշաճ կարգով արձանագրվեն։ Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ԿԸՀ նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը՝ անդրադառնալով խախտումների մասին ահազանգերին, մասնավորապես, որ Աբովյանի 29/07 ընտրատեղամասում հանձնաժողովի ԲՀԿ-ական անդամի մոտ ցուցակ է եղել՝ քաղաքացիների անուններով և հեռախոսահամարներով, իսկ Կոտայքի մարզպետ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը ելումուտ է անում ընտրատեղամասերում ու ցուցումներ տալիս։

«Ահազանգերը, որ մինչ այժմ ստացել ենք, թերեւս վերաբերում են առանձին ինչ-ինչ հանգամանքների»,- ասաց նա։

Մուկուչյանը նշեց, որ ինքն էլ է դիտարկել գրանցամատյանը, այնտեղ հստակ գրառումները առկա էին, եւ ինչպես օրենքն է պահանջում՝ ընտրությունից հետո ՏԸՀ-ները դրանք կուսումնասիրեն եւ գնահատականներ կտան, իսկ մինչ այդ, ասաց, ինքը ձեռնպահ կմնա որեւէ իրավական գնահատականից։

Հարցին՝ արդյոք շահերի բախում չի առաջացնում այն, որ մարզպետ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանի կինը հանձնաժողովներից մեկի քարտուղարն է, Տիգրանն Մուլուչյանը նախ ասաց, որ այդ մասին առաջին անգամ է լսում, բայց այնուամենայնիվ հավաստիացրեց, որ օրենքը չի արգելում, որ պաշտոնյայի կինը ընդգրկվի հանձնաժողովի կազմում։

Մուկուչյանը նաեւ հայտնեց, որ շրջում է տեղամասերով՝ տեղում շփվելու լրագրողների, վստահված անձանց, դիտորդների հետ, որպեսզի եթե կազմակերպչական խնդիրներ լինեն, դրանք հաշվի առնեն հետագայում։
