Արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների համար պետբյուջեից հատկացված միջոցներից ծախսվել է ավելի քան 2մլրդ 483 մլն դրամ

Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովին 2018-ին ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունների համար պետական բյուջեից հատկացվել է 2 մլրդ 707 մլն 144 հազար 202 դրամ, փաստացի ծախսը կազմել է 2մլրդ 483 մլն 773 հազար 390 դրամ: 223 մլն դրամը հետ է վերադարձվել պետբյուջե: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ԱԺ մշտական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստում 2018-ի պետական բյուջեի կատարման մասին հաշվետվությունը ներկայացնելիս ասաց հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը:
«ԱԺ ընտրությունների համար պետական բյուջեից նախատեսվել էր 2 մլրդ 707 մլն 144 հազար 202 դրամ, փաստացի ծախսը կազմել է 2մլրդ 483 մլն 773 հազար 390 դրամ: Այս գումարի 88.4 տոկոսը տեղամասային ընտրական հանձնաժողովների անդամներին և մասնագետներին տեխնիկական սարքավորումները սպասարկող մասնագետների համար նախատեսված աշխատավարձն է եղել: Պետբյուջե է փոխանցվել 223 մլն դրամ: Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների համար հատկացվել է 626 մլն 988 հազար 854 դրամ, փաստացի ծախսը կազմել է 609 մլն 92 հազար դրամ: Եվ պետբյուջե է փոխանցվել 17 մլն 896 հազար դրամ»,-ներկայացրեց Մուկուչյանը:
Ընտրական հանձնաժողովների անդամների մասնագիտացված դասընթացների կազմակերպման համար 2018-ի տարեսկզբին նախատեսված է եղել 56 մլն 297 հազար 700 դրամի ֆինանսավորում՝ նկատի ունենալով, որ տվյալ տարվա համար անցկացվելու էին միայն օրենքով նախատեսված լիցենզավորման հետ կապված դասընթացներ: Եվ նկատի ունենալով, որ պետք է իրականացվեր երկու խոշոր ընտրական գործընթաց՝ համապետական ընտրություն, Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություն, ԿԸՀ-ն խնդրել էր լրացուցիչ 30 մլն դրամ: Սակայն հետագայում բացվել է 48 մլն 247 հազար դրամի ֆինանսավորում:
