«Լասկալա» ակումբի մոտ տեղի ունեցած խմբակային խուլիգանության դեպքով ձերբակալվել է 5 անձ. Դատախազություն
POLITICS2019 թվականի հունիսի 10-ին՝ ժամը 00.20 րոպեի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների կողմից Կորյուն-Տերյան փողոցների խաչմերուկի մոտակայքից ՀՀ ոստիկանության ԵՔՎ Կենտրոնական բաժին են բերման ենթարկվել 5 երիտասարդներ, ովքեր վիճաբանելիս են եղել միմյանց հետ՝ բարձրաձայն գոռալով և քաշքշելով միմյանց:
Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից:
Սակայն դեպքի առթիվ նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում ձեռք բերված տվյալներով, ինչպես նաև տեսանկարահանող սարքերի տեսագրությունների ուսումնասիրությամբ պարզվել է, որ նշված օրը և ժամին, մի խումբ՝ այդ թվում բերման ենթարկված անձինք, Կորյուն-Տերյան փողոցների խաչմերուկի մոտակայքում գտնվող «Լասկալա» ակումբի դիմացի հատվածում, որպես զենք օգտագործվող առարկաների՝ այդ թվում աթոռի և քարերի գործադրմամբ, տևական ժամանակ փոխադարձ հարվածներ են հասցրել միմյանց, այդ ընթացքում կոտրել նույն հատվածում տեղադրված գովազդային վահանակը, հնչեցրել հայհոյանքներ՝ դիտավորությամբ կոպիտ կերպով խախտելով հասարակական կարգը, որն արտահայտվել է հասարակության նկատմամբ բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դրսևորելով:
Վերոգրյալի կապակցությամբ Երևան քաղաքի Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների դատախազի կողմից հետաքննության մարմնին հանձնարարվել է անհապաղ հարուցել քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով:
Փաստի առթիվ 2019 թվականի հունիսի 11-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության ԵՔՎ Կենտրոնական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի նշված հոդվածով հարուցվել է քրեական գործը: Նույն օրը դատախազի հանձնարարությամբ խուլիգանություն կատարելու կասկածանքով վերոնշալ 5 անձինք ձերբակալվել են:
Նախաքննություն կատարելու համար քրեական գործը 2019 թվականի հունիսի 12-ին ուղարկվել է ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին:
ՀՀ դատախազության կողմից, նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողության շրջանակներում, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում դատախազական ներգործության միջոցների կիրառմամբ, հատուկ հետևողականություն է դրսևորվելու միջադեպի բոլոր մասնակիցների շրջանակը պարզելու և նրանցից յուրանքաչյուրի արարաքներին իրավական գնահատականներ տալու հարցում:
