«Մեր երկրում վերջին 30 տարիներին մշակույթը եղել է հետին ծրագրերում»
INTERVIEW«Փաստի» զրուցակիցն է կինոռեժիսոր Հելենա Մելքոնյանը:
Նոր սերնդի հետ մեծ հույսեր եմ կապում
Մշակույթում կա և՛ ճաշակի անկում, և՛ ճահճացում, բայց սա մեկ օրվա հետևանք չէ: Ժամանակի ընթացքում է այդպես եղել: Կան շրջանակներ, որոնք ստեղծում են արժեքավոր գործեր, ելքեր գտնում ստեղծված վիճակից: Կան շատ ստեղծագործող մարդիկ, որոնք իրենց նորամուծություններն են բերում մշակույթ, նոր ձևով են մտածում: Մասնավորապես, նոր սերունդը մեզ նման չի մտածում: Մեծ հույսեր եմ կապում իրենց հետ: Իրենք ավելի լավն են, քան մենք, ինչ-որ բաներ հաստատ կփոխեն:
Հիմա կարծես անցումային փուլում լինենք
Պետության աջակցության մասին խոսելիս ավելի ակնհայտ է երևում սերունդների տարբերությունը: Խորհրդային Միության տարիներին ամեն ինչ ֆինանսավորել և վերահսկել է պետությունը:
Մշակույթին միանշանակ հարկավոր է պետական մոտեցում: Մեր երկրում վերջին 30 տարիներին մշակույթը եղել է հետին ծրագրերում, ուշադրության կենտրոնում չի գտնվել, սակայն մշակույթն այն ցուցիչն է, որով որոշվում է քո երկրի ստատուսը և այլն: Պետք է լինեն մարդիկ և գերատեսչություններ, որոնք կզբաղվեն մշակույթի զարգացմամբ, ծրագրեր կմշակեն, մշակութային քաղաքականություն կվարեն: Սակայն դեռևս դրանից հեռու ենք, պետք է շատ աշխատանք տանենք: Հիմա կարծես անցումային փուլում լինենք, չենք հասկանում՝ խորհրդային համակարգով ենք աշխատում, թե ժամանակակից: Պետք է հստակ լինի՝ ուր ենք գնում և ինչպես, որովհետև համակարգային խնդիրների պատճառով շատ ժամանակ տուժում են ստեղծագործողները:
Նրանք շարունակում են մտածել խորհրդային համակարգի ձևի մեջ: Նրանք շատ դեպքում գումար չունեն տարրական խնդիրները հոգալու համար: Ձևը չգիտեն գումար վաստակելու, նրանց չեն սովորեցրել, թե ինչպես իրացնել իրենց ստեղծածը, առանց ինչ-որ միությունների անդամ լինելու: Սա համակարգային լուրջ խնդիր է մեր երկրում, ինչպես նաև հետխորհրդային մյուս երկրներում:
Հատկապես կինոարտադրության ոլորտում ստեղծագործողներն ունեն ուշադրության, աջակցության կարիք: Խոսքը վերաբերում է նաև ֆինանսին: Միայն ուրախ կլինեմ, եթե այս ոլորտը պետական ֆինանսավորում ունենա, տարածք ունենանք, որտեղ կարողանանք աշխատել: Ինչո՞ւ ենք մոռանում, որ կինոն տեղեկատվական փափուկ զենք է: Սրանք կարևոր հարցեր են:
Մարդ չի՞ արվեստագետը, նա կյանքից տարրական պահանջմունքներ չունի՞
Ատում եմ այս արտահայտությունները՝ «սոված արվեստագետ», «արվեստագետը պետք է քչով բավարարվի»: Բայց ինչո՞ւ: Մարդ չի՞ արվեստագետը, նա կյանքից տարրական պահանջմունքներ չունի՞: Մարդը գնում է, սովորում, նշանակում է՝ նա իր մեջ ջիղ է տեսնում: Նա այդ ուղին է ընտրել և ինչպես ստեղծագործելուց պետք է հաճույք ստանա, այնպես էլ սոցիալապես ապահովված լինի:
Անորակը ԽՍՀՄ տարիներին էլ է եղել
Մենք չենք ապրում մի դարում, երբ կարող է գործել ցենզուրան: Անորակը ԽՍՀՄ տարիներին էլ է եղել: Ասում են՝ «պահանջարկն է ստեղծում առաջարկ», սակայն այդքան էլ համաձայն չեմ այդ մտքի հետ: Այն հեռուստաընկերությունները, որոնք պատվիրում են սերիալներ կամ ֆիլմեր, կարող են այնպիսի արտադրանք ներկայացնել, որ մարդկանց աչքին հաճելի, կրթող ու դաստիարակող լինի: Ի վերջո, մարդն ինչ տեսնում է, դրան է սովորում:
