POLITICS«Այո, հետևություններ անել կարելի է Աբովյանի ընտրություններից, բայց գլոբալ հետևություններ անելը ճիշտ չի լինի»,- այս մասին Շանթ հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցի ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Աբովյանի քաղաքապետի ընտրություններում ՔՊ-ի կրած պարտությանը:
«Մենք գտնվում ենք հետհեղափոխական շրջանում: Քաղաքական առումով մարդիկ օգտվել են ազատ ընտրություն կատարելու իրենց իրավունքից, սա ամենակարևոր արձանագրումն է: Ես կարող եմ ասել, որ երբեք ՀՀ-ում ընտրությունները կեղծողները չեն ձևակերպել իրենց առաջ բարձր նպատակներ: Ըստ էության, արձանագրվել է այն, ինչը բազմիցս Երրորդ հանրապետության պատմության ընթացքում արձանագրվել է. դա այն է, որ մեր երկրում, ցավոք, ընտրությունները հաճախ ապաքաղաքականացված են լինում: Եվ այս ամենից մեր հետևությունն այն է, որ ընտրությունները պետք է մաքսիմալ դառնան քաղաքական»,- ասաց վարչապետը և մեջբերեց դեռևս ընդդիմություն եղած ժամանակ իրենց արած առաջարկը:
«Մենք կարծում ենք՝ Հայաստանի խոշորացված բնակավայրերում և քաղաքներում պետք է համամասնական ընտրակարգով տեղի ունենան ավագանու և քաղաքապետի ընտրությունները, այնպես, ինչպես տեղի է ունենում Երևանում, Գյումրիում և Վանաձորում: Այդ պրակտիկան պետք է կիրառել: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ես արձանագրում եմ, որ ընտրությունների արդյունքների վրա իշխանությունը որևէ ազդեցություն չի ունեցել և ժողովուրդը կատարել է իր ընտրությունը: Այդ ընտրության մեջ կա՞ն արդյոք հետևություններ անելու պատճառներ, իհարկե կան, և այդ հետևությունները պետք է արվեն»,- նշեց նա:
Բացի այդ վարչապետը շեշտեց, որ երբ ՔՊ-ն դարձել է իշխող ուժ, հարց է առաջադրել՝ արդյոք իրենք ամենուր հաղթելու խնդիր պետք է ունենան: «Իհարկե ոչ, որովհետև հակառակ դեպքում մենք գնում ենք նույն տրամաբանության մեջ, ինչը որ նախկինում է գոյություն ունեցել, բայց մյուս կողմից՝ դա չի նշանբակում, որ մենք պետք է ընտրությունները պարտվելու խնդիր դնենք մեր առաջ»,- նշեց նա:
