Ինչպես ազատվել անդուր պզուկից մեկ գիշերվա ընթացքում. բացում եմ ինձ բազմաթիվ անգամ փրկած գաղտնիքս
LIFEԴեմքին հայտնված պզուկը մեծ սթրես է պատճառում և ցանկություն է առաջանում դրանից շատ արագ ազատվել: Շատերն անմիջապես այն սեղմում են: Պետք է նշել, որ բժիշկները խորհուրդ չեն տալիս ինքուրույն ազատվել պզուկից, քանի որ դա կարող է ինֆեկցիայի առաջացման պատճառ դառնալ: Սակայն հասկանալի է, որ ամեն պզուկի համար ոչ ոք չի թակի բժշկի դուռը: Բացի այդ, կան բազմաթիվ արդյունավետ միջոցներ, որոնք կօգնեն շատ արագ ազատվել պզուկից:
Նախ պետք է համոզվել, որ պզուկը հասունացել է: Պետք է թեթևակի սեղմել, եթե ցավ չկա, ուրեմն հասունացել է, բայց եթե ցավ կա, ապա պետք է սպասել մինչև հասունանա:
Ձեռքերը լավ լվանալ, իսկ հասունացած պզուկը և նրա հարակից հատվածը մշակել սպիրտով կամ հակաբակտերիալ տոնիկով:
Սեղմելով դուրս բերել թարախը:
Սպիրտով մշակել բորբոքված հատվածի դեզինֆեկցիա:
Սպասել մեկ ժամ և ախտահարված հատվածի վրա քսել որևէ հակամանրէային միջոց, օրինակ, Լեվոմեկոլ, կամ սալիցիլային սպիրտ:
Խմել ակտիվացված ածուխի 1-2 հաբ:
Դեմքին չքսել որևէ կոսմետիկ միջոց:
Քնելուց առաջ պատրաստել երիցուկի եփուկ, բամբակը թրջել այդ եփուկով և թողնել 10 րոպե բորբոքված հատվածի վրա: Որից հետո կրկին քսել հակամիկրոբային միջոց: Եփուկի մնացած մասը լցնել սառույցի խորանարդիկների համար նախատեսված կաղապարներում և դնել սառցախցիկը:
Առավոտյան այդ սառցե խորանարդիկներով մաքրել դեմքը:
