ՀՖՖ նախագահ Արթուր Վանեցյանը՝ համազգային մարզադաշտ կառուցելու մտադրության մասին
POLITICSԱզգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրեն և Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ Արթուր Վանեցյանը Shantnews.am-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է, որ մտադիր են համազգային մարզադաշտ կառուցվել:
Նա նշել է, որ այն չեն կարող, ցավոք, Հրազադան մարզադաշտի վերակառուցման հաշվին անել, քանի որ այն չի համապատսխանում ՈւԵՖԱ-ի պահանջներին:
«Հրազդան մարզադաշտն այսօր, ցավոք, վերականգնել հնարավոր է, բայց անգամ այդ դեպքում ՈւԵՖԱ-ն այդ մազադաշտում թույլտվություն չի տալու պաշտոնական խաղեր անցկացնել, քանի որ չի համապատասխանում անվտանգության պահանջներին, որոնք սահմանել է ՈւԵՖԱ-ն»,- ասաց նա և նշեց, որ այնտեղ կարող են ուղղակի ներքին առաջնություններ անցկացնել:
Չնայած դրան, ասաց, որ Հրազդան մարզադաշտի սեփականատիրոջ հետ հանդիպել է և վերականգնման հարցը քննարկել են, և այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներ են տարվում:
Նա ասաց, որ ցանկանում են կառուցել նորը Երևանում, սակայն այստեղ էլ խնդիր կա, քանի որ այդ տրամագծով տարածք գտնել հնարավոր չէ, և իրենք դիտարում են Երևանին մոտ մարզերը: Այստեղ էլ, ըստ նրա, խնդիր է առաջանում պոտենցիալ ներդողների հետ, քանի որ ենթակառուցվածքներ մարզադաշտին կից պետք է լինեն՝ հյուրանոց, առևտրի կենտրոն և այլն, որ օգուտ ստանան, իսկ Երևանից դուրս դժվար է պատկերացնել, որ ներդումները հետ կստանան:
«Ազգային մարզադաշտի կառուցումը ենթադրում է, որ պետությունը որևէ մասնակցություն ֆինանսական առումով չի ունենալում, 100 միլիոնավոր դոլարների մասին է խոսքը, որոնք պետք է ներդրվեն ինչ-որ անհատի կամ ընկերության կողմից: Բայց Երևանից դուրս գալով՝ բիզնես բաղադիրիչը քչանում է, և կարող ենք ասել՝ կորում է: Չնայած այդ հանգամանքին, կան մարդիկ, որ բանակցում ենք և փորձելու ենք անպայման այդ մարզադաշտը կառուցել: Հավաստիացնում եմ՝ կարևոր կառույց է լինելու ՀՀ-ում և նպաստելու է զբոսաշրջության զարգացմանը»,- ասաց նա:
