Զամշե իրերը շատ գեղեցիկ են նայվում, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ հատուկ խնամք են պահանջում:

Զամշե իրերի վրա  որևէ հետք նկատելու դեպքում  հետքի հատվածում քսել փրփուր և թողնել 2 րոպե,  այնուհետև  մաքրել խոզանակով:

Եթե զամշե կոշիկների վրա  աղի հետքեր են հայտնվել, պետք է անմիջաես մաքրել; Դրա համար մաքուր լաթը  խոնավացնել   անուշադրի սպիրտով և մաքրել  հետքերը,  անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կրկնել: Չորանալուց հետո  մաքրել ռետինե  խոզանակով:

Եթե զամշի  խավը խամրել է և   հայտնվել է փայլ,  անհրաժեշտ է  պահել գոլորշու վրա,  օրինակ շատ հարմար  կլինի եռացող ջրով թեյնիկը: Այնուհետև  մաքրել  խոզանակով:

Զամշե իրերը կարելի է մաքրել անուշադրի սպիրտի և քացախի օգնությամբ:

Կես բաժակ ջրի մեջ լուծել  ½ բաժակ  անուշադրի սպիրտ; Լաթը խոնավացնել այդ խառնուրդով  և մարքել հետքը:  Այնուհետև  մաքրել ջրով բացված քացախով, 1 լ ջրին ավեացնելով 1 ճաշի գդալ քացախ: Թողնել չորանա:

Զամշե իրերի վրայից  յուղի հետքերը  կարելի է մաքրել   օսլայի օգնությամբ;  Օսլան լցնել  հետքի վրա և թողնել  կես ժամ, այնուհետև  մաքրել խոզանակով:

Հացի փափուկ միջուկը ևս  կօգնի մաքրել զամեշ իրերը:  Փափուկ միջուկով խնամքով  մաքրել  բաց գույնի զամշե  իրերը և դրանք  կստանան իրենց նախնական գեղեցիկ տեսքը: Հարկ չկա  պինդ տրորել, այլապես  դա կարող է վնասել  զամշի  խավը:
