POLITICS«Երրորդ կարեւոր գաղափարական թեզը, որ կանխորոշում է «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության քաղաքական ինքնությունը, արտահայտված է նրանում, որ պետք է մերժել բռնությունը, որպես ներհասարակական անձնային հարցերի կարգավորման եղանակ: Սա մեզ համար չափազանց կարեւոր հարց է, Հայաստանում ավանդաբար բռնությունից զերծ գործելակերպին կասկածով են վերաբերվել: Այն ժամանակ, երբ մենք ասում էինք, որ Հայաստանում պատրաստվում ենք քաղաքական փոփոխություններ իրականացնել առանց բռնությունների, մեզ նորից մեղադրում էին ծախվածության, կոմֆորմիզմի եւ այս կարգգի զանազան մեղքերի մեջ: Մենք այս հարցում շատ սուր, այդ թվում հրապարակային բանավեճեր ենք ունեցել, քաղաքական կոնֆլիկտներ, բայց հիմա այդ բանավեճն ավարտվել է, որովհետեւ այն, ինչ ասում էինք, այդ ամենը արեցինք 100 տոկոսով, եւ Հայաստանում հաղթեց սիրո եւ համերաշխության հեղափոխությունը, Հայաստանում հաղթեց ոչ բռնի թավշյա ժողովրդական հեղափոխությունը»,- ասաց նա:
Փաշինյանի խոսքով` ժամանակ առ ժամանակ ոմանք Հայստանում փորձում են վերակենդանացնել բռնության ենթամշակույթը, որը մոտ 25 տարի իշխել է Հայաստանում:
«Քաղաքական հակառակորդների նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելը, անգամ քաղաքական հակառակորդներին կամ անհնազանդներին գնդակահարելը Հայաստանում կիրառվող պրակտիկա է եղել, բայց այս էջը նույնպես փակված պետք է համարենք այսօր, ոմանք փորձում են բռնության մշակույթը վերակենդանացնել՝ մեզ մեղադրելով մեղմության մեջ: Ոմանք փորձում են բռնության մշակույթը վերակենդանացնել՝ մեր բարեկրթությունը թուլությունն համարելով, բայց հանրությունը, այո, ինքն իրեն բռնությունից պաշտպանելու իրավունք ունի եւ այդ պաշտպանության գործիքը պետք է դառնան իրավապահ մարմինները, քրեական օրենսգիրքը անկախ դատարանները»,- ընդգծեց նա:
Փաշինյանը հավելեց, որ բռնության միջավայրում հնարավոր չէ մարդու երջանկությունը, հնարավոր չէ բարեկեցությունը, հնարավոր չէ նաեւ օրենքի եւ իրավունքի վրա հիմնված ազգային միասնությունը, որը նույնպես իրենց կուսակցության ծրագրի կարեւորագույն դրությներից մեկն է:
Նշենք, որ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունն այսօր՝ հունիսի 16-ին, անցկացնում է իր 5-րդ համաժողովը։ Համաժողովն ընտրելու է վարչության նոր կազմ, ընտրությունը կատարվելու է վարկանշային փակ քվեարկությամբ, առաջադրված 51 թեկնածուներից առավել ձայն հավաքած 21-ը կհամարվեն ընտրված։
Նշենք, որ նախատեսված է նաեւ վերահսկող հանձնաժողովի նոր կազմի ընտրություն։ Հանձնաժողովի 7 տեղերի համար առաջադրվել է 30 թեկնածու։
