Ապամոնտաժվում են Կոմիտասի պողոտայի շուկայի հարակից առևտրային տաղավարները. քաղաքապետարան (տեսանյութ)

Արաբկիրի կենտրոնական՝ Կոմիտասի պողոտայի փակ շուկայի մուտքին հարող մայթին տեղադրված առևտրային տաղավարներն ապամոնտաժվում են: Այս մասին հայտնում են Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
«11 տաղավար, որոնք մոտավորապես 25մ մեկուսացրել են մայթը փողոցից, որը նաև քաղաքաշինական իմաստով սխալ է: Ժամանակին մայթի այդ հատվածը 5 տարի ժամկետով տրամադրվել է անհատ ձեռնարկատիրոջ: Այնուհետև ժամկետը երկարացվել է: Պայմանագրի ժամկետը լրանալուց հետո մենք խնդիր էինք դրել, որ այն այլևս չենք երկարացնելու»,-ներկայացրել է Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արամ Դանիելյանը:
Այն, որ պայմանագրի ժամկետը չի երկարացվելու՝ տնտեսվարողը ծանուցվել էր դեռ ամիսներ առաջ: Երկարատև բանակցություններից հետո այսօր ապամոնտաժումն ամբողջովին կատարվում է հենց տաղավարների սեփականատիրոջ միջոցներով:
Քաղաքապետարանից հայտնում են նաև, որ աննախադեպ այս ծրագրի հիմնական նպատակը նախ մայթն ազատելն էր, հետո նաև՝ շուկային իր նշանակությանը վերադարձնելն ու ծառայեցնելը:
Տաղավարների ապամոնտաժումից հետո տարածքը կբարեկարգվի և կկանաչապատվի: Կվերականգնվի նաև մայթի ընդհատված ծառուղին, կփորվեն նոր բնաբաժակներ, և աշնանը տարածքը կհամալրվի նոր ծառերով:
Արաբկիրում և հատկապես Կոմիտասի պողոտայում մայթերին տեղադրված կրպակների և տաղավարների ապամոնտաժման գործընթացը լինելու է շարունակական.
«Նմանատիպ այլ կրպակաշարեր կան շուկայի մյուս կողմում, դրանք ևս պետք է նույն տարբերակով ապամոնտաժվեն: Մայթը լիարժեք գործառնական առումով վերադարձնելու ենք իր երբեմնի կարգավիճակին» ,- ընդգծել է վարչկան շրջանի ղեկավարը:
Տաղավարների ապամոնտաժումն առաջացրել էր տարիներ շարունակ իրենց առևտուրն այստեղ կազմակերպող քաղաքացիների դժգոհությունը: Ու, թեև համայնքն ու վարչական շրջանը որևէ պարտավորություն չունեին առևտրով զբաղվողների նկատմամբ, վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի առաջարկով առևտրականներն իրենց գործունեությունըը կարող են շարունակել շուկայում և առաջարկվող մի շարք այլ տարածքներում՝ առաջին մի քանի ամիսն առանց վճարելու պայմանով:
Մայթերը բնակիչներին վերադարձնելու ևս մեկ օրինակը Արաբկիրում շուկայի հանդիպակաց մայթն էր: Առևտրի կենտրոնի կառուցումից հետո մայթն ամբողջությամբ վերածվել էր ավոտակայանտեղիի: Խնդիրն այստեղ արդեն լուծված է:
