Մոսկվայում իրենց հոր սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող Խաչատրյան քույրերի պաշտպանները բողոք են ներկայացրել Ռուսաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Բաստրիկինին քույրերի նկատմամբ մեղադրանքի վերջնական ձևակերպման մասին որոշման հարցով: Ինչպես փոխանցում է ТАССգործակալությունը, այս մասին հայտնել է ավագ քրոջ՝ Քրիստինայի փաստաբան Ալեքսեյ Լիպցերը:

 

«Մենք կտրականապես համաձայն չենք մեղադրանքի որակավորման հետ: Մենք պնդում ենք, որ աջիկներն իրենց գործողությունները կատարել են Միխայիլ Խաչատրյանի կողմից երկար տարիներ շարունակվող բռնության դեմ անհրաժեշտ պաշտպանության շրջանակներում: Իմ պաշտպանյալը, ինչը պարզվել է քննությամբ, սկզբունքորեն չի մասնակցել հանցագործության կատարմանը, սակայն քննությունը պատշաճ գնահատական չի տվել Քրիստինայի դիրքորոշմանը հանցագործությանն իր ներգրավված չլինելու հարցում: Իսկ նրա քույրերը չպետք է մեղավոր ճանաչվեն, քանի որ գտնվել են անհրաժեշտ պաշտպանության վիճակում», - ասել է փաստաբանը:  

Քույրերի փաստաբանները պնդում են, որ նրանց նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդումը դադարեցվի՝ կապված սպանությանն առնչություն չունենալու հետ:

 

«Վստահ եմ, որ այդ որոշումը դեռ քննադատության կենթարկվի Քննչական կոմիտեի ղեկավարության և դատախազության կողմից, մինչ գործը կուղարկեն դատարան», - ասել է կրտսեր քրոջ փաստաբան Յարոսլավ Պակուլինը:

Կրստեր քրոջ՝ Անգելինայի փաստաբան Ալեքսեյ Պարշինն, իր հերթին, ընդգծել է, որ որպես քննության հիմնական վարկած պետք է դիտարկվի անհրաժեշտ պաշտպանությունը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ նախորդ շաբաթ ՌԴ ՔԿ-ն վերջնական մեղադրանք է ներկայացրել քույրերին՝ Քրեական Օրենսգրքի «Մի խումբ մարդկանց կողմից կատարված կանխամտածված սպանություն» հոդվածով:
