Արցախի հարցով բանակցությունների ընթացքում բոլոր խնդիրները, որոնք խանգարում են հետագա բանակցություններին, կբարձրացվեն․ Ն․ Փաշինյան
POLITICSԱԺ-Կառավարություն հարցուպատասխանին ԲՀԿ խմբակցության քարտուղար Արման Աբովյանի հարցը վերաբերում էր արցախյան հիմնախնդրին։
Նա նկատեց, որ թե՛ Թուրքիան, թե՛ Ադրբեջանը միասին կամ առանձին բավական ավելացրել են իրենց զինավարժությունները, նաև հակահայկական հռետորաբանությունը։ «Հաշվի առնելով, որ բանակցություններին հայկական կողմը նոր ընկալում էր առաջարկել, ադրբեջանական կողմն ըստ երևույթի չընդունեց այն և գուցե հայկական կողմի թուլություն ընկալեց»,-ասաց նա և հարցրեց, թե որ փուլում են բանակցությունները գտնվում, և թեզերը՝ բաց ու հստակ խոսակցություն տանելու, ինչպես նաև Արցախի վերադարձը բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ, ինչ փուլում են։
Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ ԱԳ նախարարն ԱՄՆ-ում է և պետք է հանդիպում ունենա Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարի հետ։ «Բանակցությունների ընթացքում բոլոր խնդիրները, որոնք խանգարում են հետագա բանակցություններին, կբարձրացվեն»,-ասաց նա։
Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ Արցախը բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ վերադարձնելու թեման, չկա մի հանդիպում, որի ժամանակ չի քննարկվում և բարձրաձայնվում։ «Մենք բանակցությունները վարում ենք Ստեփանակերտում մարտի 12-ին ԱԽ-ների համատեղ նիստում հռչակած սկզբունքների շրջանակում, չի կարող բանակցային մի որևէ խոսակցություն լինել, որ այդ շրջանակում չլինի։ Հետևաբար բոլոր հանդիպումներում այդ հարցը քննարկվում է»,-ասաց նա։
Իսկ թե ինչ փուլում է գտնվում, ասաց, որ դա իրենց բանակցային դիրքորոշումն է, որը չի փոխվել։ «Ինչ փուլում է գտնվում Ղարաբաղյան հարցի կարգավորումը, ասացի, որ 25 տարի գտնվում է բանակցային փուլում»,-հավելեց նա։
Ինչ վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանի մեկնաբանությանը, վարչապետը պատասխանեց․ «Գիտեք՝ Ադրբեջանն ինչ մեկնաբանություն տալիս է, դա իր մեկնաբանությունն է, մենք ունենք մեր մեկնաբանությունը, որ ՀՀ-ն, ԱՀ-ն ի վիճակի է պաշտպանել ինքն իրեն, իրենց շահերը, ինչպես դիվանագիտակա,ն այնպես էլ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում առաջնագծում, և այս ընթացքում ապացուցել ենք և կշարունակենք ապացուցել»,-ասաց նա։
Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ ՀՀ ԶՈւ-ն բնականոն զարգացման փուլ է մտել։
