ՀՀ-ի և Իրանի փաստաբանների պալատների նախագահները քննարկել են համագործակցության հնարավորությունները
SOCIETYԻրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության փաստաբանների պալատի պատվիրակությունը հունիսի 19-23-ը հյուրընկալվել է ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատում:
Ինչպես հայտնում են ՓՊ մամուլի ծառայությունից, պատվիրակության կազմում են ԻԻՀ փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահ Իսա Ամինին, Պալատի նախագահի տեղակալ Ջաֆար Քուշան և ԻԻՀ փաստաբանների պալատի իրավական աջակցության վարչության պետ Հոսեյն Մոհամադը: Պատվիրակության հետ Փաստաբանների պալատ էր այցելել ՀՀ-ում ԻԻՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան նորին գերազանցություն Սեյեդ Քազեմ Սաջջադը:
Այսօր հայ գործընկերների հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում հայ և իրանցի գործընկերները միմյանց ներկայացրել են իրենց կառույցները:
Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ Փաստաբաների պալատի նախագահ Արա Զոհրաբյանը նշել է.
«Հուսով եմ՝ մեր շփումները կնպաստեն փորձի փոխանակմանը: Փաստաբանի գործն անկախ ազգությունից և պետության տարածքներից միևնույնն է: Մենք կոչված ենք մարդկանց իրավունքները պաշտպանել, իսկ պետությունն էլ մեզ համար պայմաններ է ստեղծում, որպեսզի այդ գործունեությունն իրակացնենք: Չնայած որ շատ հաճախ հենց պետական մարմիններից ենք պաշտպանում քաղաքացիներին»:
Իրանի դեսպանը իր պատասխան խոսքում հայտնել է.
«Այս այցը շատ կարևոր էր մեզ համար և ես էլ առիթը պատեհ համարելով մեր պատվիրակության հետ ցանկացա այցելել ձեզ: Վստահ եմ՝ մեր համագործակցության սկիզբը մեր երկու երկրների ժողովուրդների համար շատ մեծ դեր է ունենալու»:
Իրանի փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահը ողջույնի իր խոսքում նշել է, որ ինքը իր տանն է գտնվում որովհետև ցանակցած երկրում որտեղ էլ որ լինի փաստաբանն այդ երկրի Փաստաբաննների պալատ այցելելով գտնվում է իր տանը:
Իրանի փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահի խոսքով փաստաբանությունը Իրանում ունի 111 տարվա պատմություն: 1953 թվականից Իրանի փաստաբանների պալատը աշխատում է ազատ և կախվածություն չունի ոչ մեկից:
Իսա Ամինիի խոսքով Իրանի փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահի պաշտոնը հավասարեցված է գլխավոր դատախազի պաշտոնին:
Երկու կողմերը ընդհանուր դրույթներով ներկայացրել են իրենց կառույցները, պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերել վաղը՝ հունիսի 20-ին, մասնագիտական քննարկումներ ծավալել: Ավարտին իրանցի գործընկերները շրջայց են կատարել Փաստաբանների պալատի շենքում:
