INTERNATIONAL NEWSՀուսով եմ, որ Վրաստանում կհասկանան, որ սխալվել են: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց քաղաքագետ, Մոսկվայի տնտեսագիտական բարձրագույն դպրոցի պրոֆեսոր, փիլիսոփայական գիտությունների դոկտոր Օլեգ Մատվեյչևը:
«Բոլոր ռուսաֆոբ խմբերը, անկախ նրանից՝ Ուկրաինայում են, Վրաստանում, թե Լեհաստանում, ունեն մեկ կանոն՝ բոլոր անհասկանալի իրավիճակներում մեղավոր է Ռուսաստանը: Տվյալ դեպքում Ռուսաստանի միջամտությունը կամ մեղավորությունը չկա: Ռուսաստանը չէր կարող տասնյակ մարդկանց դուրս բերել փողոց ու հակառուսական լոզունգներով հայտարարություններ անել»,- ասաց Մատվեյչևը:
Քաղաքագետի խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանը նախագահում էր Ուղղափառության միջխորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի նիստում, իսկ ՌԴ պատվիրակ Գավրիլովն այս ոլորտում կոմպետենտ է ու նորմալ է, որ ելույթ էր ունենում: Մատվեյչևն ասաց, որ տարօրինակ որևէ բան չկա, որ որպես նախագահող երկրի պատվիրակ Գավրիլովը նստեր ԱԺ նախագահի աթոռին:
«1,5 մլն մարդ մեկնում էր Վրաստան՝ հանգստանալու: Հիմա մարդիկ էլ չեն մեկնի: Վրացի ազգայնականները ավելի ու ավելի վատթարացրին իրավիճակը, ինչպես միշտ, ինչպես բոլոր ազգայնականները: Կարծում եմ, որ այս իրավիճակը շարունակական կլինի, իսկ Վրաստանում կհասկանան, որ սխալվել են, որ հիմարություն են արել»,- նշեց Օլեգ Մատվեյչևը:
Ըստ նրա՝ չի բացառվում, որ պրովոկացիան ծրագրված լինի նախապես:
Քաղաքագետի խոսքով՝ իրավիճակն այնքան չի սրվի, որ Հայաստանի առջև դրվի ընտրություն Ռուսաստանի ու Վրաստանի միջև: «Չեմ կարծում, որ նման բան լինի: ՌԴ-ն դեմ է նման ուլտիմատումների: Յուրաքանչյուր երկիր ունի իրավունք բարեկամություն անել ցանկացած երկրի հետ, հատկապես՝ իր հարևանի հետ»:
Հարցին՝ հնարավո՞ր է ռուս-վրացական սահմանը՝ Վերին Լարսը, փակվի, նա պատասխանեց. «Սահմանը դժվար թե փակվի, որովհետև մարդիկ պետք է տեղաշարժվեն»:
