Այսօր՝ հունիսի 22-ին, ազատամարտիկները փակել էին Ամբերդ ամրոց տանող ճանապարհը և ցանկանում էին պետական պաշտանյաների, Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների ուշադրությունն ուղղել դեպի Ամբերդ ամրոց արգելոցի խնդիրները. Տեղեկացնում է shamshyan.com-ը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Արագածոտնի մարզի «Ամբերդ ամրոց» պատմամշակութային արգելոցի վարչական տարածքում անօրինական շինարարություն և սեփականաշնորհում կատարելու փաստի առթիվ ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի հետաքննչական բաժանմունքի հետաքննիչ Խաչիկ Բադալյանի որոշմամբ՝ ՀՀ քր-օր-ի 308 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (պաշտոնական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու) հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
SHAMSHYAN.com-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցի ընթացքում, ազատամարտիկները ասում էին, որ այս ամբողջ պատմության «հերոսը»՝ Մանուկ Մանուկյանը, այսօր պետք է իրավունք չունենար այդ տարածք ոտք դնելու և որևէ գործունեություն իրականացնելու, մինչդեռ այսօր նա կրկին անարգել գործունեություն է ծավալում այդ տարածքում, կրպակ է տեղադրել և զբաղվում է քյաբաբ-խորովածի վաճառքով:
Արամայիս Քոսակյանը նշեց, որ իր ընկերները փաստաթղթեր են հայտնաբերել, որոնք վկայում են, որ Մանուկ Մանուկյանի կողմից ձեռք բերված և հողին հավասարեցված տարածքում առնվազն 4 իշխանական գերեզման է եղել:
Ազատամարտիկներն Ամբերդ այցելող զբոսաշրջիկներին ներայացնում էին խնդրի էությունը, որից հետո թույլատրում շարունակել ճանապարհը: Զբոսաշրջիկներից շատերը նաև պատրաստակամություն հայտնեցին ստորագրել ազատամարտիկների կոչի և ահազանգի ներքո՝ միանալով նրանց պայքարին:
Աշտարակի բաժնի ոստիկանները ևս այցելեցին բողոքի ակցիայի վայր, որտեղ հանդիպեցին նախաձեռնության հեղինակների հետ ու լսեցին նրանց բողոքները, այնուհետև ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներն ակցիայի մասնակիցներին խոստացան, որ կստուգեն Մանուկ Մանուկյանի կողմից Ամբերդ ամրոցի առաջ քյաբաբ-խորոված վաճառելու, կրպակ տեղադրելու, այլ գործողություններ իրականացնելու օրինաչափությունը և հարկ եղած դեպքում, օպերատիվորեն կսահմանափակեն տվյալ տարածքում իրականացվող գործունեությունը, իսկ բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակիցներն ազատեցին ճանապարհը՝ պայմանավորվելով՝ այլևս չդիմել փողոց փակելու քայլին:
