Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ տեղի է ունեցել Անվտանգության խորհրդի հերթական նիստը:

Ողջունելով ներկաներին՝ վարչապետը, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Պետք է արձանագրել, որ մեր նախորդ նիստից հետո ցավոք Հայաստանի շուրջ անվտանգային միջավայրը ոչ միայն չի լիցքաթափվել, այլեւ  հակառակը, որոշակի գործընթացներ են տեղի ունենում մեր միջավայրում, որոնք մեզ ստիպում են ավելի աչալուրջ լինել մեր անվտանգային մարտահրավերների հարցում:

Այսօրվա նիստի օրակարգում ունենք նաեւ տարածաշրջանային իրավիճակի հետ առնչվող ընթացիկ հարցեր, որոնց քննարկման արդյունքում մեր որոշումները պիտի ծառայեն անվտանգային մարտահրավերների պատշաճ կառավարմանը: Իհարկե, համոզված եմ, որ մենք կկարողանանք անհրաժեշտ գործիքակազմ գտնել, որպեսզի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար հավելյալ ռիսկեր չառաջանան կամ դրանք լինեն կառավարելիության շրջանակում:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության եւ Արցախի Հանրապետության անվտանգությունն, իհարկե, մեր կառավարության համար լրջագույն առաջնահերթություն է: Եվ այդ ուղղությամբ մենք ունենք ոչ միայն ընթացիկ, միջնաժամկետ, այլեւ ռազմավարական, երկարաժամկետ խնդիրներ լուծելու եւ քննարկելու խնդիր: Այդ քննարկումներն, իհարկե, տեղի են ունենում ոչ միայն Անվտանգության խորհրդի ձեւաչափով, դրանք նաեւ տեղի են ունենում քաղաքական միջավայրում, կառավարական տարբեր աշխատանքային քննարկումների եւ խորհրդակցությունների ֆորմատներում, բայց իհարկե, Անվտանգության խորհուրդն այն մարմինն է, որտեղ այդ բոլոր քննարկումների արդյունքները պետք է իմի բերվեն եւ վերածվեն կոնկրետ գործնական արդյունքների ու որոշումների:

Մեր այսօրվա աշխատանքին հաջողություն եմ մաղթում, որպեսզի այդ որոշումները ոչ միայն կայացվեն, այլ նաեւ դրանց իրագործման կոնկրետ ճանապարհային քարտեզ եւ պատկերացում ունենանք»:

ԱԽ նիստում  քննարկվել է անվտանգության ոլորտին վերաբերող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ:
