«Այսօր Թեղուտում սոցիալական լարվածություն է»
SOCIETY«Փաստը» շարունակում է ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահել բնապահպանության ոլորտը, բարձրաձայնել առկա խնդիրների մասին: Մինչև Ջերմուկի բնակիչներն անհամբերությամբ սպասում են Ամուլսարի հանքավայրում միջազգային ընկերության իրականացրած հետազոտության արդյունքներին, Թեղուտի հանքավայրը վերաբացվում է: Այժմ այն ՎՏԲ բանկի հսկողության տակ է, որի ղեկավարությունը նոր օպերատոր է ներգրավել հանքավայրը շահագործելու նպատակով:
Հանքի վերաբացումը միանշանակ չեն ընդունում բնապահպանները: Նրանք տարիներ շարունակ բարձրաձայնել են հանքավայրում առկա խնդիրների մասին, մասնավորապես, որ դրա պոչամբարի արտահոսքերի պատճառով Շնող գետը և դրանով ոռոգվող հողատարածքները աղտոտվում են: Բացի դա, նրանց խոսքով, հանքավայրի պոչամբարի պատնեշն անվտանգության որևէ չափանիշի չի համապատասխանում, և ամեն պահի կարող է պատվարը վնասվել։ Հարցեր է առաջացնում նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ հանքավայրում չի անցկացվել միջազգային փորձաքննություն, եթե անգամ փորձաքննություն կամ հանրային լսում եղել է, ապա դրա մասին լայն հանրությունը տեղյակ չէ:
Մինչ բնապահպանները ահազանգում են խնդիրների մասին, պաշտոնյաները նշում են, որ կառավարությունը լուրջ վերահսկողություն կիրականացնի, բացի դա, 100 մարդ նորից աշխատանք կունենա: «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում «ԷկոԼուրի» փորձագետ Վիկտորյա Բուռնազյանը նշում է՝ ժամանակին Թեղուտի բնակիչներն իրենց համաձայնությունը տվեցին, որ հանքն աշխատի, քանի որ ակնկալում էին աշխատատեղերի բացում:
«Կառավարությունը, եթե չեմ սխալվում, բացառիկ գերակա հանրային շահ ճանաչեց համայնքային 80 հեկտար հողատարածք: Մարդկանցից վերցրեցին այդ հողերը հանքարդյունաբերության համար: Նրանք հույս ունեին, որ պետք է աշխատեին հանքարդյունաբերող ընկերությունում: Բայց հիմա բողոքի ակցիաներ են իրականացնում, որ տարբեր տեղերից մարդիկ են գալիս հանքավայրում աշխատելու համար, իսկ իրենք մնում են ձեռնունայն: Այսօր այնտեղ շատ խիստ սոցիալական լարվածություն է:
Ստացվում է, որ բնակիչները ծանր վիճակում են հայտնվում. հողը տվել են ընկերությանը, ինչ հող էլ այսօր ունեն, աղտոտված է ծանր մետաղներով: Իրենց ապրուստի միջոցը պետք է լիներ այդ ընկերությունում աշխատանքը կամ հողագործությամբ զբաղվելը, իսկ հիմա երկուսից էլ զրկվում են», - ասում է Բուռնազյանը:
