Արդեն 1 ժամից ավելի է՝ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության հոգեբանական կենտրոնի հոգեբանները, ինչպես նաև ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնի օպերատիվ խումբը հրահանգիչ Արթուր Վելյանի գլխավորությամբ Դավիթաշենի կամրջի վրա բանակցություններ են վարում 36-ամյա Արթուր Սմբատյանի հետ, որպեսզի վերջինս չշարունակի ինքնավնասում անել, տեղեկացնում է Shamshyan.com-ը։
Ըստ կայքի՝ Ա. Սմբատյանին թե՛ փրկարարները, թե՛ հոգեբան փրկարարը, և թե՛ ժամանած ոստիկանության Դավիթաշենի բաժանմունքի օպերատիվ խումբը բաժանմունքի պետի գլխավորությամբ չէին կարողանում համոզել, որպեսզի նա համաձայնի դեպքի վայր ժամանած Երևանի 1-03 շտապօգնության բժիշկների հետ մեկնել հիվանդանոց։ Նա պահանջում էր, որպեսզի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանն իմանան, որ ոստիկանության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունի բաժնի օպերլիազորը «իր գլխին սարքել է»։
«Իմ գլխին քրեականի օպերը սարքել ա, ինձ ասում ա՝ արի, ընդունի չեղած բանը, լավ կլինի։ Իսկ ես ինչի՞ համար ընդունեմ մի հանցանք, որը չեմ կատարել։ Օպերն ինձ ասում ա՝ դու ընդունի, ոստիկանապետն ինձ պարգևավճար կտա, ես էդ գումարի կեսը կտամ, մուծում կանես, սաղ OK կլինի։ Բա վարչապետն ասում էր՝ իրավիճակ է փոխվել, էլ մարդկանց գլխին չեն սարքում, է՞ս ա իրավիճակ փոխվելը; Եթե առաջ կանգնում, ասում էին՝ էս քոնն ա, վեկալ վրեդ, գնա, հիմա էդպես չի. բռնում, ասֆալտին պառկացնում են ու ասում են՝ պտի վերցնես։ «Պտի»-ով երկիր չի դառնում»,-ասել է նա։
