Նախարար Պապիկյանը խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել մարզպետների հետ
POLITICSՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը հունիսի 27-ին աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել ՀՀ մարզպետների հետ, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են մարզային, համայնքային և ենթակառուցվածքային նշանակության մի շարք հարցեր։ Հանդիպմանը ներկա է գտնվել նաև Ջրային կոմիտեի նախագահ Վարդան Մելքոնյանը։
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ի թիվս օրակարգային մի շարք հարցերի՝ նախարար Պապիկյանն անդրադարձել է մարզերի բնակավայրերում խմելու ջրամատակարարման բնագավառում առկա խնդիրներին և դրանց լուծման տարբերակներին։ Այդ ուղղությամբ նախարարը մարզպետներին հանձնարարել է գույքագրել և ըստ լուծման հրատապության նախարարություն ներկայացնել խմելու ջրի խնդիր ունեցող համայքների անվանացանկը։ Նրա խոսքով խնդրի համակարգային լուծումը անհրաժեշտ է դիտարկել պետություն-մասնավոր հատված ձևաչափի շրջանակներում, այդ իսկ պատճառով ոլորտի տնտեսվարողների հետ հարկավոր է քննարկել ու համաձայնեցնել տեղորոշված համայնքներում խմելու ջրի ներքին ջրագծերի անցկացման և ջրամատակարարման ցանցի բարելավման ներդրումային ծրագրերը։
Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում մարզպետներին է ներկայացվել նաև ՀՀ համայնքների տնտեսական և սոցիալական ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացմանն ուղղված սուբվենցիայի հայտերի գնահատման միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովի թվով հինգ նիստերի ընթացքում հաստատված ծրագրային հայտերը։ Համաձայն դրա՝ ՀՀ մարզերից հանձնաժողով է ներկայացվել 352 հայտ, որից հաստատվել է 330-ը՝ շուրջ 16 մլրդ դրամ արժողությամբ։ 20 ծրագրի մասով շինարարական աշխատանքներն արդեն իսկ մեկնարկել են, 125 ծրագիր գտնվում է մրցութային փուլում, որոշ նախագծեր դեռևս գտնվում են լրամշակման և նախամրցութային փուլում։
Նախարարը խոսել է նաև մարզերում ընթացքի մեջ գտնվող ճանապարհաշինական ծրագրերի մասին և հորդորել մարզպետներին աջակցել շինարարական աշխատանքների անխափան ապահովման ընթացքին։
