Հրշեջներին և փրկարարներին 2 անգամ վճարվել է պարգևատրում
SOCIETYՀայտնի է, որ փրկարարների աշխատանքը ամենավտանգավորներից է: Հայտնի է նաև, որ նրանք ստանում են բավական ցածր աշխատավարձ: «Փաստն» օրերս հարցում էր ուղարկել արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարություն՝ խնդրելով պարզաբանել, թե ինչպե՞ս է որոշվում փրկարար ծառայության ծառայողների աշխատավարձը, որքա՞ն է այն կազմում: Բացի դա, այս տարի նրանք պարգևատրում ստացե՞լ են, թե՞ ոչ:
Ի պատասխան մեր հարցման՝ նախարարությունից տեղեկացնում են, որ փրկարար ծառայության ծառայողների պաշտոնային դրույքաչափը որոշվում է բազային աշխատավարձի և «Պետական պաշտոններ և պետական ծառայության պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող անձանց վարձատրության մասին» օրենքի հավելված 8-ով սահմանված՝ նրանց պաշտոնի խմբի (ենթախմբի) սանդղակում փրկարար ծառայության ստաժին համապատասխանող գործակցի արտադրյալով:
«Փրկարար ծառայողների ամենացածր միջինացված աշխատավարձը կազմում է 110 454 դրամ (զուտ աշխատավարձը՝ 84 049 դրամ), միջինը՝ 156 554 դրամ (զուտ աշխատավարձը՝ 119 218 դրամ), ամենաբարձրը՝ 447 774 դրամ (զուտ աշխատավարձը՝ 328 897 դրամ):
2019 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակի դրությամբ հրշեջներին և փրկարարներին 2 անգամ վճարվել է պարգևատրում: Սպայական անձնակազմին՝ պաշտոնային դրույքաչափի 80, կրտսեր անձնակազմին՝ 100 տոկոսի չափով», - տեղեկացնում են նախարարությունից:
