ՀՀ ոստիկանության զորքերի զորամասերից մեկի ծառայողներն են։ Շարք են կազմել ոստիկանության պետից հերթական անգամ «բարի ծառայություն» լսելու եւ դեպի Տավուշ ճանապարհ ընկնելու։

«Երբեք կասկածի տակ չեմ դրել ձեր խիզախությունն ու պատրաստակամությունը։ Վստահ եմ, որ միշտ ընդամենը մի քանի մետր հեռավորության վրա ամուր կանգնելու եք հակառակորդի առաջ՝ բարձր պահելով մեր ոստիկանական մեծ ընտանիքի պատիվը»,- ոստիկան-սահմանապահներին դիմեց Վալերի Օսիպյանը՝ շեշտելով, որ հպարտանում է ոստիկանության զորքերով։

Ձեւավորված ավանդույթի համաձայն՝ քահանան օրհնության կարգ կատարեց՝ Աստծուն խնդրելով անսասան ու անառիկ պահել մեր պետությունն ու պետականությունը։

Միջոցառման պաշտոնական մասն ավարտվեց հրապարակային երդմամբ։ Հայրենիքի պաշտպանի հավերժական կոչումը սրբորեն կրելու պարտականությունը հրապարակային երդմամբ հաստատելուց հետո ոստիկանները հանդիսավոր երթ արեցին ու ճամփա ընկան։

Հաջորդ օրը, դիրքերից վերադարձան մարտական հերթապահությունը փայլուն կատարած ու ծառայակից ընկերներին հանձնած ոստիկանները։ Նրանց դիմավորեց ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետը։ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը նրանց շնորհակալություն հայտնեց սահմանին ամուր կանգնելու համար՝ ընդգծելով, որ իր համար հպարտություն է ղեկավարել մի համակարգ, որն ունի նրանց պես ծառայողներ։ «Դուք բարձրացնում եք մեր համակարգի հեղինակությունը. ձեր շնորհիվ հասարակությունը երախտագիտությամբ է լցվում մեր նկատմամբ»,- ամփոփեց Վալերի Օսիպյանը։

Ծառայողական պարտականությունները բարեխիղճ եւ բարձր պատրաստականությամբ կատարած սահմանապահ-ոստիկանները արժանացան պարգեւների։

Նրանց լավագույն եւ ոգեղեն պարգեւը հայրենիքի սահմանները պաշտպանելու առաքելությունն է։
