VIDEOՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը դժգոհել է ճնշման փորձերից։
Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Արթուր Դավթյանը հավաստիացրել է, որ իրավական գործընթացի կողքին, գրանցվել են բացասական գործընթացներ զրպարտչական հոդվածների, վիրավորանքների փորձերի տեսքով։ Ինչպես պնդում է Դավթյանը, դրանք միայն փորձեր են, որպեսզի խանգարեն դատախազների կողմից մասնագիտական պարտավորությունների կատարմանը։ Բայց դատախազները վախ չունեն, հավաստիացրել է Դավթյանը։
Պատասխանելով 2008 թվականի մարտի 1-ի իրադարձություններին բանակի մասնակցության մասին հարցին, մասնավորապես՝ Պաշտպանության բանակի ներգրավվածությանը, Դավթյանն առաջարկել է սպասել հանրային դատական լսումներին։ Բոլորը կիմանան, թե որտեղից ինչ ստորաբաժանումներ են եկել եւ ինչ գործառույթներ կատարել, ասել է Դավթյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ մեղադրանքի էությունն այն է, որ բանակը ներգրավված է եղել։ Իսկ բանակ ասելով կարելի է հասկանալ լայն իմաստ։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ ԶՈւ եւ պաշտպանության նախարարության ղեկավարությունը հայտարարում էր այն մասին, որ բանակը պաշտպանել է կարեւոր օբյեկտները, բայց կրակելու հրաման չեն ստացել։
