«Շահավետ պայմանները» Արցախ- Հայաստան ռոումինգին չեն վերաբերում
POLITICSԱմռան հետ բջջային կապի օպերատորները գովազդում են արտերկրում ռոումինգի «շահավետ պայմանների» մասին: Խոսքը ոչ միայն հեռախոսակապի, այլ նաև ու հատկապես ինտերնետի մասին է: «Շահավետ պայմանները», որպես կանոն, «ծովափնյա» երկրներին է վերաբերում: «Փաստ» թերթի թղթակիցը հանգստյան օրերին այցելել է հայաստանյան երեք օպերատորների՝ «Բիլայն», «Յուքոմ», «Վիվասել» սպասարկման գրասենյակներ՝ ճշտելու՝ արդյոք Արցախի համար ռոումինգի որևէ «շահավետ պայման» առաջարկվո՞ւմ է: Պարզվեց՝ ոչ:
Արցախում գտնվելիս պատրաստ պիտի լինեք մուտքային և ելքային զանգերի համար վճարել 38-45 դրամ (մի օպերատորի դեպքում՝ միայն ներքին ցանցում՝ 25 դրամ): Նույն վիճակն է նաև ինտերնետի դեպքում:
Ի դեպ, անցյալ տարի հայտարարություն տարածվեց, որ Արցախի իշխանությունները «Ղարաբաղ Տելեկոմի» սեփականատիրոջ հետ պայմանավորվածություններ են ձեռք բերել Արցախում բջջային կապի մենաշնորհի վերացման ուղղությամբ:
Գործընթացը Արցախի իշխանությունները նախաձեռնել էին այն բանից հետո, երբ Արցախում բողոքի ցույցեր էին տեղի ունենում «Ղարաբաղ Տելեկոմի» մենաշնորհային գործունեության, բարձր սակագների ու Հայաստան-Արցախի ռոումինգի դեմ: Ավելին, ԱՀ պետնախարարը պաշտոնական նամակներով դիմել էր ՀՀում գործող 3 օպերատորներին՝ Արցախում ևս կապի և հեռահաղորդակցության ոլորտում ծառայություններ մատուցելու առաջարկով: Անցել է 13 ամիս, բայց, կարծես, որևէ տեղաշարժ չկա: Այնինչ, անընդհատ խոսում ենք մեկ միասնական անվտանգության գոտու, մեկ միասնական հայրենիք լինելու, Արցախում հանգիստն անցկացնելու նպատակահարմարության մասին: Արտաքուստ թվում է՝ մանրուք է, բայց իրականում չափազանց կարևոր հանգամանք է Արցախ-Հայաստան ռոումինգի վերացման կամ գոնե գների էական նվազեցման գործոնը:
