Կոռուպցիոն հանցագործություններ Դրախտիկում. Դպրոցի տնօրեն տիրացել է պարգևավճարներին

Ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության կոռուպցիայի և տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների հակազդման վարչությունում ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունների հիման վրա, Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչության և Ճամաբարակի բաժնի քրեական հետախույզների հետ համատեղ միջոցառումների արդյունքում, կոռուպցիոն նոր դեպք է բացահայտվել:
Ծավալուն օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում իրավապահները պարզել են, որ Դրախտիկ գյուղի միջնակարգ դպրոցի տնօրենն իր պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում` 2010 թվականի դեկտեմբերին անձամբ կամ գանձապահի միջոցով, դպրոցի մի շարք աշխատակիցների միասնական դիտավորությամբ, որպես կաշառք պահանջել է Ամանորի առթիվ վճարվելիք պարգևավճարների կեսը, որից հետո ստանալով դպրոցի կոլեկտիվի մի մասի համաձայնությունը, հրաման է արձակել` պարգևավճարներ տրամադրելու մասին:
Դպրոցի աշխատակիցներն էլ պարգևավճարները ստանալիս գանձապահին են թողել պայանավորված գումարները` տնօրենին փոխանցելու համար: Նկարագրված եղանակով միջնակարգ դպրոցի նախկին տնօրենը տիրացել է պարգևավճարների համար հատկացված մոտ 1 միլիոն 800 հազար դրամից 900 հազարին:
Բացի այդ, ըստ ձեռք բերված նախնական տվյալների, նույն տնօրենը, օգտագործելով պաշտոնեական դիրքը, գանձապահի օժանդակությամբ, պարգևատրման տեղեկագրում ստորագրություններ կեղծելով, միասնական յուրացման դիտավորությամբ հափշտակել է մի շարք աշխատակիցների պարգևավճարների գումարները:
Պարզվել է նաև, որ հիշյալ տնօրենը 2011-ից մինչև 2016 թվականը, օգտագործելով իր պաշտոնեական դիրքը, դպրոցի պահակ է հրամանագրել իր որդուն, որը փաստացի չի հաճախել աշխատանքի, իսկ նրա անվամբ դուրս գրված աշխատավարձի` առանձնապես խոշոր չափի մոտ վեց միլիոն դրամ գումարը յուրացրել է:
Առերևույթ հանցագործության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
