Արտաքուստ բարեկարգ փողոցներն ինչու՞ են նորից ասֆալտապատվում. Քաղաքապետարանն արձագանքում է

Երեւանի տարբեր հատվածներում այս օրերին ասֆալտապատման ծավալուն աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում: Քաղաքապետարանի ծրագրով 2019թ. նախատեսված է 600 հազար քմ ասֆալտապատում: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանից։

«Ինչպե՞ս են ընտրվում փողոցներն ու ի՞նչ սկզբունքով: Քաղաքացիներից շատերը վերջին օրերին իրենց անհանգստությունը հայտնեցին. արտաքուստ բարեկարգ փողոցներն ինչու՞ են նորից ասֆալտապատվում: Քաղաքապետարանը պարզաբանում է. ասֆալտը թարմացվում է միայն անհրաժեշտության դեպքում ու հատվածաբար, երբ ճաքալցումը կամ փոսալցումն անօգուտ են:

«Այստեղ հնարավոր չէ ճաքալցման եղանակով ասֆալտը պահպանել, մենք կարող ենք առանձին՝ մեկ, երկու երկայնական ճաքերը պահել, բայց սա ամբողջը ցանց է: Եթե այսպես մնա, ձմռանը, օրինակ, -40 աստիճանի դեպքում կամ էլ անձրեւի ժամանակ ամբողջ ասֆալտը կքայքայվի», - մանրամասնում է շինարարության եւ բարեկարգման վարչությունից Ֆելիքս Յայլոյանը:

«Մենք ծավալ չենք մեծացնում: Մեքենան վարելիս չի երեւում, բայց ոտքով քայլելիս ցանցային ճաքերը երեւում են եւ հենց դրանք էլ ասֆալտապատվում են, մինչդեռ մեկ գծով ճաքերը հիմնականում ճաքալցման կարիք են ունենում»,-նշում է կապալառու ընկերության ներկայացուցիչ Միքայել Գրիգորյանը:

«Առաջին հայացքից բոլորին պարզ էր, որ Արշակունյացը բարվոք վիճակում է, բայց կային բազմաթիվ ալիքներ եւ քարտեզատիպ ճաքեր, որոնք անհնարին է պահպանել: Եթե այստեղ ճաքալցում անենք, ապա կարճ ժամանակ անց կրկին խնդիր էր ծագելու եւ արդեն կրկնակի ծախսի կարիք կլիներ»,-նշում է քաղաքապետարանի շինարարության եւ բարեկարգման վարչության պետ Գրիգոր Հարությունյանը:

Վաղարշյան փողոցում եւ Երեւանի մուտքը համարվող Թբիլիսյան խճուղու մի շարք հատվածներում ասֆալտը կթարմացնեն առաջիկա օրերին:

Յուրաքանչյուր փողոցի համար կազմվել է առանձին նախագիծ:

Ֆրանսիայի հրապարակի եւ Աբովյան պուրակից դեպի Հաղթանակ զբոսայգի բարձրացող ճանապարհի ասֆալտն արդեն թարմացվել է:

«Շատերը քայլում են եւ չեն նկատում այն վիճակը, որն ավելորդ անհարմարություններ է ստեղծում վարորդների համար: Կաեւոր է, որ հատկապես կենտրոնական փողոցները լավ վիճակում լինեն», - նշում են վարորդները:

Ասֆալտապատումը հիմնականում կազմակերպվում է ցերեկային ժամերին: Պատճառը օրենսդրության պահանջն է. այն փողոցներում, որտեղ մոտակայքում բնակելի շենքեր կան, ժամը 22.00-ից մինչ առավոտյան 06.00-ն աշխատանքներն արգելվում են:

«Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ օրենսգրքով նախատեսված է վարչական տույժ»,-ընդգծում է Գրիգոր Հարությունյանը:

Սա չի նշանակում, սակայն, որ գիշերն առհասարակ գործ չի արվում: Մայրաքաղաքի ոչ խիտ բնակեցված հատվածներում ասֆալտապատումը կազմակերպվում է գիշերային ժամերին:

Քաղաքապետարանը վստահեցնում է՝ աշխատանքը կատարվում է որակով: Այսօր արդեն կան որոշակի տնտեսումներ, որոնցով ավելի շատ փողոցներ կնորոգվեն ու կհիմնանորոգվեն։

Պատճառվող ժամանակավոր անհարմարությունների համար քաղաքապետարանը հայցում է քաղաքացիների ներողամտությունն ու հիշեցնում՝ փողոցներն ու մայթերը բարեկարգվում են բնակիչների անվտանգությունն ու հարմարավետությունն ապահովելու համար»:
