Հանցավոր աշխարհում իրարանցում է. վերջին անգամ ՀՀ–ում 10 տարի առաջ էին «օրենքով գողի» սպանել

Նոր Նորքում «Մասիվցի Անդիկ» մականունով հայտնի Անդրանիկ Հարությունյանի սպանությունը իրարանցում է առաջացրել իրավապահ համակարգում և քրեական աշխարհում։ Բանն այն է, որ վերջին տասը տարում ՀՀ–ում «օրենքով գող» չէր սպանվել։ Վերջին անգամ Հայաստանում «օրենքով գող» էր սպանվել 2009թ. հունիսի 19–ին։ Խոսքը «Մարսո» մականունով հայտնի «օրենքով գող» Մարզպետունի Պետրոսյանի մասին է։ Նա սպանվել է Արարատի մարզի Գոռավան գյուղում իր տան դիմաց՝ դիմահար կրակոցով։ Պարզվել էր, որ սպանությունը կատարել է Վեդի քաղաքի բնակիչ Պերճիկ Շաբոյանը՝ «Մարսոյի» հետ անձնական հարցերի պատճառով։

Եվ ահա, այս դեպքից 10 տարի անց Երևանում սպանվեց ոչ պակաս հայտնի «օրենքով գող» Անդրանիկ Հարությունյանը՝ նույն ինքը Անդո Խրոմոյը (Կաղ Անդո)։

Նշենք, որ մինչ այս պահը իրավապահներին չի հաջողվել պարզել սպանության շարժառիթը և հայտնաբերել սպանությունը կատարողին։ Շրջանառվող վարկածներից մեկի համաձայն՝ «օրենքով գողին» սպանել է վարձու մարդասպանը։ Նշենք, որ դեպքի վայրից հայտնաբերվել է սպորտային պայուսակ, պլաստմասե շիշ, սակայն հանցագործը ատրճանակը դեպքի վայրում չի թողել։

Նկատենք, որ քրեական աշխարհում հանցագործությունը համարվում է պատվիրված, եթե հանցագործը դեպքի վայրում է թողնում հանցագործության գործիքը։

Մեզ հաջողվեց պարզել, որ Անդրանիկ Հարությունյանը տարաձայնություններ է ունեցել Զապ մականունով հայտնի «օրենքով գող» Անդրանիկ Սողոյանի հետ։

Նրանց հարաբերությունները լարվել են 2016թ. սեպտեմբերի հայտնի միջադեպից հետո, երբ հայաստանցի մի շարք «օրենքով գողեր», որոնց թվում էր նաև Անդո Խրոմոյը, Երևանի Լեռ Կամսար փողոցում ծեծի էին Անդրանիկ Սողոյանին։ Պատճառը Սողոյանի՝ իշխանություններին սերտաճելու արդյունքում քրեական աշխարհում ազդեցությունը մեծացնելն էր։ Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ Անդրանիկ Հարությունյանը մեծ հեղինակություն է վայելել ինչպես Հայաստանում, այնպես էլ մեր երկրի սահմաններից դուրս։ Նա մշտապես գտնվել է արտերկրում, թեև վերջին տարիներին ավելի հաճախ էր այցելում Երևան։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Անդրանիկ Հարությունյանը մահացու հրազենային վնասվածքներ է ստացել 2019 թվականի հուլիսի 2-ին՝ Նոր Նորքի 5-րդ զանգվածի շենքերից մեկի բակում: Հարությունյանի դիակի վրա առկա է 4 հրազենային վնասվածք, որոնցից մեկը՝ դեմքին։

Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (սպանություն) և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (ապօրինի կերպով զենք–զինամթերք պահելը) հատկանիշներով:
