Բյուջեի վերաբերյալ ինչ առաջարկներ է արել անկախ պատգամավորը

2016 թվականի պետական բյուջեի նախագծի վերաբերյալ Էդմոն Մարուքյանի քվեարկությունը կախված է նրանից` կընդունվեն արդյոք իր առաջարկները, թե ոչ: Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում պատգամավորը պարզաբանեց, որ ներկայացրել է համապետական և ընտրատարածքին վերաբերող մի շարք առաջարկներ:
«Երբ բյուջեն ամփոփաթերթիկով կգա, կտեսնենք, թե ինչ առաջարկներ են ընդունվել, ինչ առաջարկներ` մերժվել, ըստ այդմ կորոշեմ` ինչպես քվեարկել: Բնականաբար ինձ համար առաջնային են ընտրատարածքի հետ կապված առաջարկները, որոնք ուղղված են Վանաձորում տարբեր խնդիրների լուծմանը»,- մեկնաբանեց պատգամավորը` շեշտելով, որ Վանաձորը մեծությամբ երրորդն է, բայց գտնվում է շատ ծանր վիճակում:
Պատգամավորը մանրամասնեց, որ առաջարկներից մեկը օրինակ վերաբերում է Վանաձորի Թավրիզյանի անվան երաժշտական վարժարանի ջեռուցման խնդրի լուծմանը, մասնավորապես նա առաջարկել է փոխել վարժարանի լուսամուտները, ջեռուցում անցկացնել, վերանորոգում իրակակացնել, քանի որ, ինչպես Մարուքյանն է նշում, այս պահին վարժարանի ուսանողները ցրտին դաս են անում:
«Ամեն տարի բյուջեի միջոցներով փորձ ենք անում Վանաձորում մի խնդիր լուծել: Անցյալ տարվա ֆինանսավորմամբ Վանաձորում վերանորոգվել է Երևանի թատրոնի և կինոյի արվեստի ինստիտուտի վանաձորյան մասնաճյուղը. մարդիկ շատ գոհ են, որ վերանորոգված պայմաններում կրթություն են ստանում և չեն գնում Երևան` կրթություն ստանալու համար»,- ասաց պատգամավորը` հիշելով, որ նախորդ տարվա բյուջեով վերանորոգվել է նաև գեղագիտական կենտրոնը, որտեղ հարյուրավոր երեխաներ տարբեր խմբակներ են այցելում` կտրվելով փողոցից: Իսկ թե կընդունվեն արդյոք Մարուքյանի այս տարվա առաջարկները, պարզ կդառնա առաջիկա խորհրդարանական նիստին:
