11 ցավոտ ճշմարտություններ, որոնք մարդիկ համառորեն չեն ցանկանում հասկանալ
LIFEԴուք չե՞ք փորձել հասկանալ, թե ինչու է գրեթե բոլոր մարդկանց հատուկ անընդհատ կրկնել միևնույն սխալները։ Այս ամենի գաղտնիքն իրականում պարզ է։ Կան որոշակի կենսական ճշմարտություններ, որոնք ոչ ոք չի ուզում ընդունել՝ միևնույն ժամանակ՝ գերադասելով շարունակ անցնել սեփական տառապանքի ուղիներով։
Իսկ ի՞նչ համընդհանուր ընդունված ստանդարտներ են մեզ խանգարում ապրել, և ի՞նչ է պետք մեկընդմիշտ հասկանալ, որ ճակատագիրը մեզ տհաճ անակնկալներ չմատուցի։
1. Անընդհատ բոլորին ներելով՝ դուք օգնում եք, որ չարիքը հաստատվի իր անպատժելիության մեջ։
Շատ «հոգիներ ամոքողներ» օգտվում են իրենց հերթապահ արտահայտությունից՝ «Պետք է ներել կարողանալ, միայն այդպես դուք կկարողանաք նոր օր մուտք գործել մաքուր մտքերով ու ոգով», բայց ոչ ոք չի հստակեցնում, որ 2 տեսակի ներում կա։
Հոգու ներում, որը հիմնված է ձեր սեփական ապրումների վրա՝ ձեր իսկ անձի հետ ներդաշնակություն ձեռք բերելու համար։ Այն դեպի ձեր ներքինն է ուղղված, այլ ոչ թե ձեզ նեղացրած մարդու կողմը։ Այն ավելի շուտ նույնիսկ ներելու մասին չէ, այլ պարզապես մեղադրանքի մասին չէ։ Դա գեղեցիկ, վսեմ, օգտակար և անհրաժեշտ քայլ է։
Վարքային ներում, որի դեպքում արդեն պետք է հասկանալ, թե ձեզ ինչպես պահեք ձեզ նեղացրած մարդու հետ։ Ցավոք, մարդուն մեկ կամ հազարերորդ անգամ ներելով՝ դուք նրան օգնում եք, որ նա վստահություն ձեռք բերի իր արարքների անպատժելիության մեջ։ Դրա համար էլ ներել թե ոչ այս դեպքում՝ ձեր սկզբունքային գործն է։
2. Աստված ձեզ չի զանգելու…
Այս խոսուն ենթավերնագիրը նկատի ունի, որ ոչ ոք ու ոչինչ չի գալու ու ձեզ չի փրկելու ձեր իսկ սեփական կյանքից։ Որոշ մարդիկ դա շատ արագ են հասկանում, իսկ շատերի համար էլ ողջ կյանքն անգամ բավարար չէ դա հասկանալու համար։ Հավանաբար, այդպես ենք մենք դաստիարակված դեռ մանկական հեքիաթների ժամանակներից, որ սպասում ենք հրաշքի։ Բայց ամեն դեպքում պետք է գիտակցել ու անընդհատ հիշել, որ Աստված ձեզ չի զանգելու։
3. Կենսական տապալումներն անհրաժեշտություն են։
Պարադոքս է, բայց հաջողակ մարդիկ հենց այն պատճառով են հաջողակ, որ նրանք շատ անգամ են սայթաքել, նրանց մերժել են, նրանք թևաթափ են եղել ու դեպրեսիաների մեջ ընկել, բայց նրանք չեն հանձնվել։
4. Փողը, ինչ ուզում ես՝ ասա, գլխավորն է։
Մեզ միշտ մեծերն ասում են, որ այս աշխարհում փողը գլխավորը չէ, և, որ դրանք երջանկություն, սեր և առողջություն չեն նվիրի։
Եկեք այժմ սթափ հայացք գցենք իրավիճակի վրա ու ընդունենք, որ փող ունենալով՝ մենք ամեն դեպքում երջանիկ, սիրված ու առողջ լինելու ավելի մեծ հնարավորություններ ունենք, աշխարհ տեսնելու, ինքնաիրացվելու, շրջապատին տպավորելու, երկրորդ կես գտնելու կամ սովյալներին օգնելու ավելի մեծ հնարավորություն։
5. Նույնիսկ ամենաաղմկալից տապալման համար կարելի է արդարացում գտնել։
Ուղեղը հանճարեղ բան է։ Այն անընդհատ արդարացնում է գործելու մեր ունակության բացակայությունը։ Այլ կերպ ասած՝ արդարացնում է ծուլությունն ու վախը։ Պետք է նշել, որ դա նա հանճարեղ կերպով է անում։
Աշխատանքը փոխելու վախը մենք արդարացնում ենք կայունության նկատմամբ հակվածությամբ, պրոֆեսիոնալներին դիմելու վախը՝ հպարտությամբ, ինքնաիրացման անհնարինությունը՝ այն մտքով, որ մենք բավարար տաղանդավոր չենք, իսկ վաղ արթնանալու ցանկության բացակայությունը՝ օրգանիզմի համար հոգ տանելով։
Մի խոսքով, մենք անընդհատ ֆանտաստիկ պատճառներ ենք գտնում ինչ-որ բան չանելու համար։ Եթե ուշադրություն դարձնենք մեր ուղեղի այդ հատկությանը ու սկսենք նրա դեմ պայքարել, հնարավոր է հաջողակ մարդ դառնալ։
