Վարկած կա, որ «Տոյոտա»-ն դիմացից խփել է «Գազել»-ին, որից հետո հետեւից եկող «ՎԱԶ 2106»-ը նույնպես հարվածել է «Գազել»-ին. դրանից հետո գազի արտահոսք է եղել ու բռնկում է եղել: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հուլիսի 8-ին, ԱԻՆ շարահրապարակում Ճգնաժամային կառավարման պետական ակադեմիայի շրջանավարտներին ավարտական դիպլոմների հանձնման հանդիսավոր արարողության ժամանակ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Երեւան-Երասխ ճանապարհին հուլիսի 6-ին տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական ավտովթարին:

«Շատ արագ է վառվել, նույնիսկ փրկարարները չեն կարողացել մոտիկ կանգնել՝ հագնցնելու համար: 5-6 մետրից են կատարել աշխատանքները: 5 րոպեում դժբախտությունն արդեն կայացել էր:

Իհարկե, հետեւություններ պետք է արվեն, բազմիցս ասվել է, որ մարդատար բոլոր տրանսպորտային միջոցները անպայման պետք է ապահովված լինեն կրակմարիչներով»,-ասաց Ցոլակյանը՝ հավելելով, որ սակայն, որ տվյալ դեպքում «ԳԱԶԵԼ»-ի վարորդն այնքան էլ մեղք չի ունեցել:

«Բնական է, որ արտահոսքը գազի բալոնից է եղել: Այստեղ խնդիր կա, թե ինչ վառելիք օգտագործեն մարդատար տրանսպորային միջոցները: Երեւի ճիշտ է օգտագործել ոչ թե գազ, որը էժան է, այլ դիզելային վառելիք, որն այդպիսի բռնկում չի առաջացնի»,-ասաց նախարարը՝ հավելելով, որ հնարավոր է նման նախաձեռնությամբ հանդես գան:

«Պետք է վարքագիծ մշակվի, որ կարողանանք այսպիսի դժբախտ դեպքերից խուսափել»,-ասաց Ցոլակյանը՝ հավելելով, որ չի կարող գնահատական տալ տրանսպորտային պարկերի վիճակին:

Ն տեղեկացրեց, որ ԱԻՆ-ի կողմից տեխզննում անցնում են այն բոլոր օբյեկտները, որոնք կապված են անվտանգության հետ. «Շատերը գործունեություն են ծավալում առանց տեխզննում անցնելու, որից հետո մեր կողմից սանկցիաներ են կիրառվում:

Ավելի վաղ  հայտնել էինք, որ հուլիսի 6-ին Արարատի մարզում դաժան ու ողբերգական ավտովթար-հրդեհ էր տեղի ունեցել. ժամը 15։20-ի սահմաններում Երևան-Մեղրի ավտոճանապարհի, ժողովրդին հայտնի՝ Արարատի Զոդի կարմրջի վրա բախվել են Toyota մակնիշի 096 FF 96 համարանիշի, ВАЗ 2106 մակնիշի 35 LQ 998 համարանիշի և մարդատար «Գազել» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները։

Բախման հետևանքով «Գազել»-ում հրդեհ է բռնկվել, և այն վերածվել է մոխրակույտի։ Մյուս երկու մեքենաները եւս այրվել են:

«Գազել»-ում հայտնաբերվել են մոխրացած դիեր։ Վերջին տվյալներով զոհվել է 6, վիրավորվել 13 մարդ:
