Նվազագույն աշխատավարձի բարձրացումը ՏԻՄ-երի համար խնդրահարո՞ւյց է
POLITICSԻնչպես հայտնի է, կառավարության որոշմամբ առաջիկայում բարձրանալու է նվազագույն աշխատավարձը՝ 55 հազարից դառնալով 68 հազար դրամ: Ըստ էության, առաջին հայացքից հրաշալի ու առաջանցիկ որոշում է, սակայն, ինչպես ասում են, «սատանան մանրուքի մեջ է»: «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, աշխատավարձերի բարձրացման փաստը լուրջ կուլիսային քննարկումների ու դժգոհությունների առիթ է հանդիսացել, հատկապես ՏԻՄ համակարգի հաստիքների մասով:
Բանն այն է, որ համայնքապետարաններում ու համայնքային ենթակայության կառույցներում բավականին շատ են նվազագույն աշխատավարձ ստացող քաղաքացիները, իսկ այդ 13 հազար դրամը լուրջ բեռ է դառնալու համայնքների բյուջեների վրա, որովհետև հայտնի չէ, թե այդ գումարային տարբերությունը ինչ կարգավորմամբ է լրացվելու:
Թերթին ուշագրավ տեղեկություններ են հասել, որ քննարկումներից մեկի ժամանակ ոլորտի հնաբնակ, ՏԶԿ նախարարի տեղակալ Վաչե Տերտերյանը բավականին բարձր տոնով դժգոհել է՝ մեղադրելով, որ չեն հասկանում, թե սա ինչ հիմնարար խնդիրների կարող է հանգեցնել: Ի դեպ, նշենք, որ որոշման նախագիծը գործադիրի համապատասխան գերատեսչությունների կոմիտեներում մասնագիտական քննարկում չի անցել:
