ՀՀ վարչապետի խորհրդական Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանի դրամական միջոցները 2018թ. հարկային տարվա սկզբում կազմել են 10 000 ԱՄՆ դոլար և 261 841 ՀՀ դրամ: Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովի պաշտոնական կայքից, 2018թ. հարկային տարվա վերջում նշված դրամական միջոցները համապատասխանաբար կազմել են 60 ԱՄՆ դոլար և շուրջ 2 397 683 ՀՀ դրամ:

Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանի տարեկան հայտարարագրի համաձայն՝ 2018թ. հարկային տարում նա 4 850 000 ՀՀ դրամով վաճառել է «TOYOTA CAMRY 2.4» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան: Հայտարարատու պաշտոնատար անձի՝ ՀՀ դրամով ստացած եկամուտների հանրագումարը 2018 թվականին կազմել է 15 661 038 ՀՀ դրամ: Նշված եկամտից 2 800 593 ՀՀ դրամը, 1 348 800 ՀՀ դրամը, 279 325 ՀՀ դրամը, 1 594 320 ՀՀ դրամը գոյացել են աշխատավարձերից: 213 000 ՀՀ դրամը գոյացել է ապահովագրական հատուցումներից, 4 575 000 ՀՀ դրամը՝ ստացված փոխառություններից (վարկեր), իսկ 4 850 000 ՀՀ դրամը՝ գույքի վաճառքից:

Կիրակոսյանը 2018 թվականին ստացել է եկամուտներ նաև արտարժույթով: 1239 ԱՄՆ դոլար եկամուտը գոյացել է աշխատավարձից: Նվիրատվության կամ օգնության կարգով ստացված գույքը, դրամական միջոցները բաժնում էլ նշված է շուրջ 6666 ԱՄՆ դոլար եկամտի մասին: Ե. Կիրակոսյանը 2132 ԱՄՆ դոլար և 9207 ԱՄՆ դոլար եկամուտ է ստացել նաև փոխառություններից (վարկեր):
