POLITICSԵրեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Աջափնյակի նստավայրում այսօր՝ հուլիսի 11–ին նախատեսված է դատավորների հերթական ընդհանուր ժողովը։ Նշենք, որ Հայաստանում ներկայումս կա գործող 234 դատավոր։
Ընդհանուր ժողովն իրավազոր է, եթե դրան մասնակցում է դատավորների ընդհանուր թվի կեսից ավելին:
Օրակարգում է Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի դատավոր անդամների թափուր տեղերի ընտրության հարցը։ Նշենք, որ ԲԴԽ դատավոր անդամների թափուր տեղերի ընտրությունը կայանալու է առաջին ատյանի դատարանի 11 դատավորների՝ այդ թվում, Դավիթ Բալայանի, Անահիտ Թումանյանի, Վահե Խալաթյանի, Գագիկ Հովհաննիսյանի, Վարդուհի Հովնանյանի, Սիմիզար Հովսեփյանի, Արգիշտի Ղազարյանի, Մեսրոպ Մակյանի, Սուրեն Մնոյանի, Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանի և Ելենա Քոչարյանի միջև։ Ավելի վաղ առաջին ատյանի դատարանների 66 դատավորներ դիմումներ էին ներկայացրել՝ իրենց անունները քվեաթերթիկում չներառելու մասին:
Ժողովն ամենայն հավանականությամբ կքննարկի նաև Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավոր Վահե Գրիգորյանի՝ Սահմանադրական դատարանում ճգնաժամի հետ կապված նամակն՝ ուղղված դատավորների ընդհանուր ժողովին։
