ECONOMICSԼավ է, որ կան մարդիկ, որոնք որոշում են, որ Նոր տարուց առաջ 6 մլն դոլարի բրինձ, տոմատ, լիմոնադ գնել ու բաժանել մարդկանց, բայց շատ ավելի կարեւոր են մարդիկ, որոնք այդ 6 մլն դոլարով ստեղծում են այնպիսի կենտրոններ, ինչպիսին այս Սմարթ կենտրոնն է: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հուլիսի 13-ին, Լոռու մարզի «Հայաստանի մանուկներ» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի (ՔՈԱՖ) ՍՄԱՐԹ կենտրոն կատարած այցելության ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Նրա խոսքով, Հայաստանում բրինձ ու լիմոնադ նվիրում են, սովորաբար, ինչ-որ բան հետ ստանալու համար՝ առաջիկա ընտրություններում ձայն, վճարովի հանրահավաքին մասնակցություն, տարբեր կարգի ծառայություններ:
«Հայաստանում տասնյակ այդպիսի 6 մլն դոլարներ են ծախսվել ձեզ հայտնի մարդկանց կողմից, բայց այդ մարդկանցից ոչ մեկն այս կենտրոնի կեսի չափ կենտրոն չի ստեղծել: Որովհետեւ այդ մարդկանց պետք է, որ այն երեխան ինքն իրեն, իր ապագային չհավատա, այլ հավատա մի հզոր, հարուստ, ջիպով օլիգարխի:
Իսկ այս կենտրոնները երեխաներին օգնում են, որ իրենք իրենց հավատան, իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ նրանք ընտրություններում չեն գնալու քվեարկեն այն մարդկանց օգտին, որոնց համար իրենց ասում են:
Սա է երկու մոդելների տարբերությունը: Մի մոդելը մարդուն գցում է կախվածության մեջ փսեւդո կամ իրական լիդերներից, իսկ երկրորդ մոդելը տալիս է գործելու, ստեղծագործելու ազատություն»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:
Նա նկատեց, որ այսօր էլ շատերի համար դժվար է դա ընդունել. «Շատերը հեղափոխությունը ընկալել են հետեւյալ կերպ. որ եթե նախկինում Նոր տարուց առաջ իրենց երկու շիշ լիմոնադ էին տալիս, հիմա պետք է տան 4 շիշ: Մենք ասում ենք՝ ոչ: Մենք ուզում ենք, որ մարդը իր արժանապատիվ աշխատանքով վաստակի իր լիմոնադը եւ հլա մի լիմոնադ էլ ինքը պետբյուջեին որպես հարկ վճարի»:
