Գործողությունների համապարփակ համատեղ ծրագիրը (ԳՀՀԾ) Իրանի միջուկային ծրագրի վերաբերյալ դեռ կարելի է ուժի մեջ պահել, թեեւ դրա շանսն այնքան էլ մեծ չէ։ Այս մասին Մեծ Բրիտանիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ջերեմի Հանթն ասել է երկուշաբթի Բրյուսելում բացված ԵՄ արտաքին գործերի նախարարների նիստում՝ նվիրված Իրանի շուրջ իրավիճակին, տեղեկացնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

Լրագրողների հարցին, թե արդյոք ԳՀՀԾ-ն «մեռած» գործարք է, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը պատասխանել է. «Այն դեռ չի մահացել։ Մենք լիովին կողմնակից ենք, որպեսզի հետ պահենք Մերձավոր Արեւելքը միջուկային զենք ունենալուց, չէ՞ որ եթե Իրանը միջուկային զենք ունենա, եւ այդ տարածաշրջանի մյուս երկրները նույնպես, ապա իրավիճակը կլինի շատ տոքսիկ եւ վտանգավոր։ Ուստի մենք փնտրում ենք միջուկային գործարքի պահպանման ճանապարհներ, որը ողջ Մերձավոր Արեւելքի միջուկազերծ կարգավիճակի ապահովման լավագույն միջոցն է»։

Հանթի խոսքով՝ «թեեւ որոշակի չափով կրճատվող, բայց դեռ ոչ մեծ շանս կա պահպանելու գործարքը», քանի որ Իրանը դեռ ընդհուպ չի մոտեցել ատոմային ռումբի ստեղծմանը։

Միջոցների մասին, որոնք Մեծ Բրիտանիան եւ ԵՄ մյուս երկրները պատրաստվում են ձեռնարկել ի պատասխան Թեհրանի կողմից ԳՀՀԾ-ի գծով իր պարտավորությունների մի մասի դադարեցման, արտաքին գերատեսչության ղեկավարն ասել է. «Տեղի կունենա համատեղ հանձնաժողով, որը գումարվում է այնպիսի իրավիճակներում, երբ կողմերից ինչ-որ մեկը խախտում է համաձայնագիրը, եւ դա տեղի կունենա շատ շուտով։ Կանցկացվի պատշաճ համատեղ հետաքննություն տեղի ունեցածի վերաբերյալ։ Բայց մենք կջանանք, որպեսզի Իրանին հնարավորություն ընձեռենք դուրս գալ այս իրավիճակից, վերադառնալ այն բանին, որպեսզի իր գործողությունները համապատասխանեցնի միջուկային համաձայնագրին»։

Բրիտանա-ամերիկյան տարաձայնություններ

Բրյուսելում լրագրողների հետ շփվելիս Հանթը չի անտեսել նաեւ Լոնդոնի եւ Վաշինգտոնի տարաձայնությունների թեման ԳՀՀԾ-ի վերաբերյալ։ «Միացյալ Նահանգները գիտի, որ մենք ԱՄՆ-ը մեր մերձավոր դաշնակիցն ենք համարում։ Մենք կարծում ենք, որ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի եւ ԱՄՆ դաշինքը գլոբալ խաղաղության եւ բարգավաճման հիմքն էր վերջին 75 տարիներին։ Բայց բարեկամները երբեմն չեն համաձայնում միմյանց հետ։ Սա այն եզակի դեպքերից է, երբ մենք իսկապես տարակարծություններ ունենք»,- ասել է նա։

Բրիտանիայի ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը հիշեցրել է, որ այս թեմայով երկու երկրները բացահայտ բանավիճում են միմյանց հետ, կիրակի նա ԳՀՀԾ-ն քննարկել է ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Մայք Պոմպեոյի հետ, իսկ մեկ օր առաջ՝ իրանցի պաշտոնակցի՝ Մոհամադ Ջավադ Զարիֆի հետ։

«Մենք համաձայն ենք ամերիկացիների հետ, որ Մերձավոր Արեւելքի լարվածության խնդրի երկարաժամկետ լուծումը Իրանի կողմից Իրաքում, Սիրիայում, Եմենում ապակայունացնող գործողությունների դադարեցումն է։ Բայց մենք տարբեր մոտեցումներ ունենք, թե ինչպես ենք հետ պահելու տարածաշրջանը միջուկային զենք ունենալուց»,- ընդգծել է Հանթը։
