Էտ սաղ խնդիրները գիտենք այ Հով ջան, կլուծենք-կլուծենք մի անհանգստացի, կարեւորը դու քեզ աշխատանք գտի...


Եթե Դուք չեք խիզախում կատարել խորքային բարեփոխումներ, ապա մեր Հայաստանը, որը կեցցե՛ որ վաղը պիտի գար ու պարզվեց, որ դեռ չի եկել. ասեմ, որ չի՛ էլ գալու: Այս մասին facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է դերասան հովհաննես Ազոյանը՝ դիմելով ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին:

Ստորեւ ներկայացնում ենք գրառումն ամբողջությամբ.

«Բաց նամակ #2 ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին… ինչու բաց նամակ#2 ,որովհետեւ կա բաց նամակ #1, որը պատրաստ է, բայց դեռ չեմ հրապարակի...

Եվ այսպես, հարգելի պարոն վարչապետ, հեղափոխությունից հետո, ես՝ որպես քաղաքացի, ավարտելով իմ քաղաքացիական սուրբ առաքելությունը, պետականաշինության հետագա գործը պատվով հանձնեցի Ձեզ եւ իմ բազմաթիվ ընկերներին, ովքեր սիրով անցան պետականաշինության ղեկավարման այդ աստվածահաճո գործին, տարբեր-տարբեր ոլորտներում: Ինչքան ընկերներ, այդքան ոլորտներ, ինչքան ոլորտներ, այդքան ոլորտային պրոբլեմներ...

Սկզբի օրերին, երբ մատնանշում էի այդ խնդիրները, ստանում էի այսպիսի պատասխան՝ -«էտ սաղ խնդիրները գիտենք այ Հով ջան, կլուծենք-կլուծենք մի անհանգստացի, կարեւորը դու քեզ աշխատանք գտի»…))) : Ես հանգստանում էի այդ պատասխանից եւ շարունակում էի ապրել ու վայելել արժանապատիվ քաղաքացու՝ արժանապատիվ ճանապարհով արժանացած, իմ արժանապատիվ կյանքը: Հետո անձամբ ինձ հետ տեղի ունեցան դեպքեր, որը բխում է պետական համակարգի վատ կառավարման ձեւից: Դրանք շատ են, բայց հիմա կառանձնացնեմ ամենակենցաղային դեպքը…

Հարգելի վարչապետ, Ձեր շատ սիրած Սարյան փողոցում, տուրիստական ամենապիկ ժամին, 4 անհայտ անձիք՝ հասարակական կարգը խախտելով, պռովոկացիոն ձեւով, ուզում էին վիճաբանություն սարքել ինձ հետ... իսկ ով ով, Դուք եւ ես լավ գիտենք պրովոկատոր ու կիսագողական այդ ցեղատեսակին... ցույցերի ժամանակ բազմաթիվ անգամ միասին ականատեսն ենք եղել… այդ ցեղատեսակը մեզ համար ամենամերժելին էր եւ հուսով եմ Է …

Մի խոսքով դիմեցի ոստիկանություն եւ անցելէ ամսից ավել, իսկ ոստիկանությունը չի գտնու՜մ դրանց ու չի գտնու՜՜մ: Դրանք չկաաաա՜՜՜ան ու չկան.. ինչեւէ ...դրանց հերն էլ, թող............. իր երեխեքի խերը տեսնի)))) Բայց այստեղ կա մի մեե՜՜՜՜եծ ԲԱՅՑ........ Ի՞նչու մեր նոր Հայաստանի՝ ժողովրդին պատկանող իշխանության տակ գտնվող ոստիկանությունը, չի կարողանում պաշտպանել ժողովրդին, ձեր ասած Սեւերից: Մի գուցե ոստիկանությունում սեւեր կան, կամ սպիտակ ոստիկանները ունեն սեւ բարեկամներ, կամ սպիտակ ոստիկանները ունեն սպիտակ բարեկամներ՝ ովքեր ունեն սեւ ընկերներ, կամ ունեն սպիտակ ընկերներ՝ ովքեր ունեն լավ սեւ ախպոր ախպերներ )))) էտ լավ ախպոր ախպեր պատմությունը ինձնից լավ գիտեք))

Ինչեւէ, սա մի փոքրիկ կենցաղային դրվագ էր, որ կարող է տեղի ունենալ յուրաքանչյուրիս հետ.... Հիմա, երբ տարբեր ոլորտներում տեսնում եմ նմանատիպ խնդիրներ, բարձրաձայնում եմ ու իմ ընկերներից՝ ովքեր հեղափոխությունից հետո անցել են պետականաշինության այդ աստվածահաճո գործին, ստանում եմ այսպիսի պատասխան...-« լավ էլի ախպոր պես, ինձ մի ասա» : Այստեղ ակտուալ է դառնում իմ 1-ին բաց նամակը վարչապետին, որը դեռ կմնա փակ ու իմ սեղանին… ու Աստված չանի, որ մի օր պատասխանատու իմ ընկերները ինձ տան հետեւյալ պատասխանը...-« դե մենք մեղավոր չէինք, որ տենց եղավ վերջում»:

Հիմա, պարոն վարչապետ, սիրելի եղբայր, կան ոլորտներ, որոնցով ես հետաքրքրված չեմ ու, եթե այդ ոլորտներում կան նույն՝ախպոր-ախպեր ժանրի խնդիրներ, իսկ դուք չեք խիզախում կատարել խորքային բարեփոխումներ, ապա մեր Հայաստանը, որը կե՛ցցե որ վաղը պիտի գար ու պարզվեց, որ դեռ չի եկել. ասեմ, որ չի՛ էլ գալու……… Սա ընդունեք, որպես Հովհաննես Ազոյան անունով սրտացավ մի քաղաքացու նախազգուշացում...
