Սուբյեկտիվ մոտեցման միտում են տեսնում
POLITICSՀակակոռուպցիոն քաղաքականության նոր ձևավորված խորհրդում, որը գլխավորում է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, չեն ընդգրկվել ՔՀԿ-ների հակակոռուպցիոն կոալիցիան, Հանրային խորհուրդը և Հայաստանի համայնքների միությունը: Նշենք, որ խորհրդի առաջին նիստը եղել է հուլիսի 12-ին: Հ/կ-ների ներկայացուցիչների՝ «Փաստ» թերթին փոխանցած տեղեկության համաձայն, որևէ ինֆորմացիա մինչ այս չի հրապարակվել այն մասին, թե ի՞նչ մրցույթի արդյունքում են մյուս հ/կ-ները ընդգրկվել խորհրդում:
Հ/կ-ների ներկայացուցիչները նման մոտեցումը թեպետ անսպասելի են համարում, բայց ընդգծում են նաև սուբյեկտիվ մոտեցման հնարավորության մասին: «Համայնքների միությունը, որը միավորում է Հայաստանի բոլոր համայնքները, ներկայացված չէ: Ստացվում է, որ ՏԻՄ-երը, որտեղ կան բավականին կոռուպցիոն ռիսկեր, որևէ կերպ ներգրավված չեն խորհրդում: Հանրային խորհուրդը, որը սահմանադրական մարմին է և նախկինում ընդգրկված էր կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի խորհրդում, այսօր հակակոռուպցիոն քաղաքականության խորհրդում ընդգրկված չէ: ՔՀԿ-ների կոալիցիան ևս, որ մոտ 100 հ/կ է ներկայացնում, անսպասելիորեն դուրս է մնացել»,-մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց հակակոռուպցիոն փորձագետ Մարատ Ատովմյանը՝ հայտնելով, որ թե՛ պատկան մարմիններին, թե՛ կառավարությանն այս առումով հարցադրումներ են արվել, բայց որևէ արձագանք կամ դրա հիման վրա ինչ-որ փոփոխություն, քննարկում, կարելի է ասել, չի եղել:
