Թուրքական դատարանը Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործով տարբեր ժամկետներով դատապարտել է 9 մարդու
SOCIETYԹուրքական դատարանն այսօր 2007թ. պոլսահայ հայտնի մտավորական, «Ակօս» պարբերականի հիմնադիր Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործով տարբեր ժամկետներով դատապարտել է 9 մարդու, հաղորդում է Agos-ը:
Սպանության գործով դատավարությունը շարունակվում է, եւ 9 անձանց նկատմամբ վճիռ է կայացվել, քանի որ նրանց վրա տարածվում է վաղեմության ժամկետը:
Դինքի սպանության կասկածյալ Էրհան Թունջելը դատապարտվել է 99 տարվա եւ 6 ամսվա ազատազրկման: Յասին Հայալը, որն ավելի վաղ ցմահ ազատազրկման էր դատապարտվել, 7 տարի 6 ամիս է ստացել՝ զինված խմբավորումը ձեւավորելու եւ ղեկավարելու համար:
Օգյուն Սամաստը, որն ավելի վաղ 16 տարվա ազատազրկման էր դատապարտվել, եւս 2 տարի եւ 6 ամիս է ստացել՝ զինված խմբավորմանն անդամակցելու համար: Սամաստը նաեւ 22 տարի եւ 10 ամսվա ազատազրկման է դատապարտվել Դինքի սպանության համար:
4 այլ կասկածյալներ առնվազն 2 տարվա ազատազրկման են դատապարտվել սպանությանը մասնակցելու համար, իսկ երկու մեղադրյալներ, ներառյալ՝ Հայալի եղբայրը, արդարացվել են:
Հրանտ Դինքին սպանել էին Ստամբուլում իր գրասենյակի դիմաց: Սպանված լրագրողը բացահայտ խոսում էր Ցեղասպանության փաստի մասին, իսկ 2006թ. դատապարտվել է, իբր թե, թուրք ազգին «վիրավորելու» համար:
Դինքի սպանությունը թուրքական հանրության շրջանում ազգայնականության աճող ալիքի ու կարծիքն ազատ արտահայտելու դեմ պատերազմի խորհրդանիշ դարձավ:
