Իջևանում ոստիկանության գործողությունները բխել են օրենքից, եղել են համարժեք: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը:

Բողոքի ցույցի ընթացքում ձերբակալված անձանց, ըստ Օսիպյանի, սպասվում է օրենքով նախատեսվածը: Խոսելով ոստիկանության գործողությունների մասին, որոնք, ըստ տեղի բնակիչների, «բռնի են եղել», ոստիկանապետն ասաց, որ չափազանցված է, իրականությանը չի համապաստասխանում:

 

«Երբ դիմացինը փորձում է անկանոն շարժումներ անել և խոչընդոտել ոստիկանության օրինական գործողությունները, չեմ բացառում, որ դրանց ընթացքում կապտուկներ առաջանան: Բայց որ ոստիկանության գործողությունները զուգորդվեն բռնությամբ, բացառում եմ, հնարավոր չէ»,- ասաց Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ ինքը հավանել է Իջևանը, դեռ մնալու է Իջևանում:

Իջանում ցուցարարները քիչ առաջ փակեցին մարզպետարանի հարակից փողոցը՝ պահանջելով հանդիպում ոստիկանապետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանի հետ:

Նշենք, որ ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը և ոստիկանապետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը Տավուշի մարզպետարանում մասնակցում էին խորհրդակցության:

«Մեր ջահել տղերքին հետ բերեք, այսօր կալանավորված մեր տղաներին ազատ արձակեք»,- վանկարկում էր փողոցը փակած ցուցարարներից մեկը:

Մեծ թվով ոստիկանների միջամտությունից հետո հնարավոր եղավ ճանապարհը մասնակի բացել:

Ցուցարարների հետ այս պահին բանակցում են Ներքին զորքերի հրամանատար Վահե Ղազարյանը և ԱԺ պատգամավոր, Տավուշի նախկին մարզպետ Վահե Ղալումյանը:

Անտառագողության հետ կապված ԱԱԾ նյութերի հիման վրա հարուցված է 10-ից ավելի քրեական գործ, որոնք Քննչական կոմիտեում քննվում են՝ ըստ ենթակայության: Այս մասին Իջևանում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱԱԾ պետ Արթուր Վանեցյանը:

«Քնչչական կոմիտեի նեչրկայացուցիչը տեղեկացրեց, որ հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակում մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 21 անձի, այդ թվում՝ պաշտոնական անձանց: Գործերը ուղարկվել են դատարան: Անուններն ու պաշտոնները ես ֆիզիկապես չեմ կարող հիշել: Բիզնեսի տերերը բացահայտվելու են: Խորը քննություն է տարվելու, բոլոր գործերը բացահայտվելու են: Քրեական գործը իմ ձեռքի տակ չէ»,- ասաց Ա. Վանեցյանը:

Ըստ նրա՝ օպերատիվ տվյալները չեն հրապարակվում:

Իջևանում փայտամշակմամբ զբաղվողների բողոքի ակցիայից հետո բախումներ են տեղի ունեցել,12 ոստիկան տարբեր մարմնական վնասվածքներ է ստացել, վնասվածքներ ստացել է նաև երկու քաղաքացի։ ՀՀ ոստիկանապետը այսօր հայտնեց,որ 19 անձ բերման է ենթարկվել, որից 13-ը ձերբակալվել են, վեցի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին։ Բացի այդ, այսօր ևս հայտնեցին, որ ևս երկու քաղաքացի է բերման ենթարկվել։ Իջևանում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձություններից հետո երեկ երեկոյան ոստիկանապետն այցելել էր Իջևան, այսօր Իջևան է ժամանել նաև ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը։

Իրավապահ համակարգի ներկայացուցիչները մարզպետարանում խորհրդակցություն են անցկացնում:
