Սամվել Կարապետյանի եղբորորդին՝ Նարեկ Կարապետյանը, հարցազրույց է տվել ռուսական РБК-ին

Նարեկ Կարապետյանը՝ «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի նախագահ Սամվել Կարապետյանի եղբորորդին, ռուսական РБК-ին մեկնաբանություններ է տվել ձեռներեց Վահե Պառազյանից գումար շորթելու և նրան ծեծի ենթարկելու մեղադրանքի վերաբերյալ: «Պառազյանը պնդում է, թե ես իմ թիկնապահների հետ միասին ծեծել եմ նրան: Սկսենք նրանից, որ ես թիկնապահներ չունեմ»,-հայտնել է Կարապետյանը: Նրա խոսքերով՝ մինչ այս դեպքը նրանք ծանոթ չեն եղել, և ձեռներեցը չի ժխտում այդ հանգամանքը:
«Իմ ընկեր Տիգրան Ասլանյանը կենցաղային բնույթի վեճ է ունեցել Պառազյանի հետ, ես փորձել եմ նրանց հաշտեցնել: Ինչ-որ պահի ես հասկացա, որ մասնակցում եմ ինչ-որ նախապատրաստած սցենարի և պարզապես հեռացա»,-հայտնել է Կարապետյանը և ավելացրել, որ տեսահսկող տեսախցիկների ձայնագրությունները կարող են հաստատել, որ ինքը ծեծի պահին դեպքի վայրում չի եղել:
«Ես չեմ հասկանում, թե հետաքննությունը ինչպես կարող է քրեական գործ հարուցել՝ հիմնվելով միայն Պառազյանի խոսքերի վրա, ով նույնիսկ ծեծի հետքեր չի ունեցել», նշել է նա: Կարապետյանի փաստաբան Արմեն Ֆերոյանի խոսքերով՝ Պառազյանը միտումնավոր զրպարտում է իր պաշտպանյալին: «Նրան չեն ծեծել և առավել ևս՝ գումար չեն պահանջել: Բժշկական փորձաքննության արդյունքներով նրա մոտ հայտնաբերվել է մի քանի քերծվածք և փոքր վնասվածք: Դա պատճառ չի հանդիսացել գործ հարուցելու համար: Նարեկի մեղքը հաստատող ոչ մի փաստ չկա», հայտնել է նա РБК-ին: Փաստաբանը ավելացրել է, որ իր պաշտպանյալին շորթման մեջ մեղադրող Պառազյանի դեմ նույնպես նմանատիպ քրեական գործ է հարուցված Ռուսաստանում. «Նա փորձում է ցանկացած ձևով փախչել պատասխանատվությունից և 2015 թվականաին իր կողմից կատարած հանցագործության համար ստանալ նվազագույն պատիժ»:
Հայաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեն հուլիսի 16-ին հաղորդել է, որ Նարեկ Կարապետյանի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է գործ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի շորթման վերաբերյալ: Գերատեսչությունում հստակեցրին, որ նա և ևս մեկ գործող անձ մեղադրվում են ծեծի ենթարկելու և շորթման մեջ: Երկու տղաներն էլ տվել են ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին: Վահե Պառազյանը հուլիսի 4-ին դիմել է ոստիկանություն: Ձեռներեցը բողոքել է, որ Կարապետյանը մի քանի թիկնապահների հետ ծեծի է ենթարկել նրան և պահանջել 10 միլիոն եվրո:
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ նշել է Armenia Today հարթակը, ձեռներեցի հայրը՝ Աշոտ Պառազյանը, ներգրավված է եղել անօրինական սխեմաներում. 2016թ. նա աշխատել է «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբում, որտեղից ենթակապալառու ընկերության հետ աշխատելու ընթացքում մեծ գումարի կոռուպցիոն սխեմաներ մշակելու պատճառով հեռացվել է: Փաստաբան Օլեգ Կորեննոյը հայտնել է, որ նույն տարում իրեն է դիմել գործարար Գարիկ Մարգարյանը: Նա հաստատել է, որ մեկ տարի առաջ Վահե Պառազյանը կազմակերպել է իր առևանգումը, ենթակաների հետ ծեծի է ենթարկել իրեն և դրամ է շորթել: Մարգարյանը Կալուգայում Պառազյանի հոր հետ բիզնես է ունեցել, սակայն ինչ-որ պահի նրանց միջև կոնֆլիկտ է ծագել: Ըստ ռուսական Forbes-ի՝ Սամվել Կարապետյանը Ռուսաստանի 200 ամենահարուստ գործարարների վարկանիշային սանդղակում 2018թ. զբաղեցնում է 30-րդ հորիզոնականը: Նրա կարողությունը գնահատվում է 3.7 միլիարդ ԱՄՆ դոլար:
