ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Գյումրիի 28-ամյա բնակիչ Վլ. Ավետիսյանի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ։
Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։
2015 թվականի մայիսի 31-ին՝ ժամը 13.30-ին, ահազանգ է ստացվել,որ Գյումրի քաղաքի Մուշ 2 թաղամասի 2/1 շենքի դիմաց կանգնած ա/մ-ի սրահում անշարժ մարդ կա:
Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ Գյումրի քաղաքի Մուշ 2 թաղամասի 2/1 շենքի դիմաց կայանված «Ֆոլկսվագեն վենտո» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի սրահում հայտնաբերվել է Գյումրի քաղաքի Մուշ 2 թաղամասի բնակիչ, 1987թ. ծնված Վլ.Ավետիսյանի դին՝ կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսում հրազենային վնասվածքով։ Ավտոմեքենայի հետևի նստատեղի դիմացի հատվածում հայտնաբերվել է «Մակարով» տեսակի ատրճանակ լիցքավորված վիճակում, որի փամփշտակալում առկա է եղել 5 փամփուշտ, ատրճանակի կողքին՝ մեկ հատ պարկուճ:
Քննության նախնական տվյալներով՝ տղամարդը 2015 թվականի մայիսի 30-ին՝ ժամը 22:30-ից մինչև մայիսի 31-ը՝ ժամը 13:30-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, Մուշ 2 թաղամասի 2/1դ շենքի դիմաց կայանված իր «Ֆոլկսվագեն վենտո» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի սրահում ինքնասպան է եղել՝ «Մակարով» տեսակի ատրճանակից՝ իր կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսին կրակելու միջոցով:
Դեպքի առթիվ 2015 թվականի մայիսի 31-ին հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 110-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (ինքնասպանության հասցնել) և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (ապօրինի զենք և ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերել ու պահել)։
Դեպքի վայրի զննության ժամանակ վերցվել են նմուշներ, նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատաձգաբանական և մատնադրոշմային փորձաքննություններ:
Կատարվում է քննություն՝ պարզելու տղամարդու մահվան հանգամանքները։
