Նոր նախադեպ է, երբ ՌԴ–ն փոխանցում է, Հայաստանը՝ մերժում. ադրբեջանցուն սպանած Արման Առաքելյանի շահերի ներկայացուցիչ
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսաստանում ադրբեջանցուն սպանելու համար 18 տարվա ազատազրկման դատապարտված Արման Առաքելյանի ընտանիքն ու շահերի ներկայացուցիչը կարողացել են հասնել նրան, որ Ռուսաստանը պատրաստ է իրականացնել Արման Առաքելյանի փոխանցման գործընթացը, սակայն հայկական կողմը մերժում է։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ հեռախոսազրույցում ասաց Արման Առաքելյանի շահերի ներկայացուցիչ Արթուր Դաշյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ տեւական ժամանակ է՝ իրենք դիմում են հայկական կողմին, սակայն ամեն անգամ մերժում են ստանում։
Նրա խոսքով՝ մեկ տարի առաջ, երբ ռուսական կողմը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել իրականացնել Արման Առաքելյանի հանձնումը, Հայաստանի արդարադատության նախարարությանը դիմել են նամակներով, բայց առանց որեւէ բացատրության մերժվել են։
«Սկզբից մերժեցին Ռուսաստանի նամակը, հետո՝ մոր նամակը, Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների նամակը։ Երբ որ հարց է բարձրացվել, թե ինչու է այդպես, պատասխանել են՝ Արտակ Զեյնալյանի որոշումն է, այսինքն՝ միայն նախարարն է որոշում՝ բերեն, թե չբերեն»,– ասաց Դաշյանը։
Դաշյանը նշեց, որ շատ են դեպքերը, երբ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց տեղափոխել են Հայաստան՝ հետագա պատիժը կրելու համար։
«Դա նորություն չէ, նոր պրակտիկա չէ, քանի որ միշտ էլ եղել են նման դեպքեր, բայց որ Ռուսաստանը հանձնում է, իսկ հայկական կողմը՝ մերժում, նոր նախադեպ է»,– ասաց Դաշյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ Արմանի այնտեղ մնալը վտանգավոր է, քանի որ ամեն պահի ադրբեջանցիները կարող են սադրիչ գործողությունների գնալ։
«Նրանց համար խնդիր չէ, որ մեկին ասեն՝ վնաս տա, հետո տանեն, իրենց երկրում սարքեն ազգի հերոս, իրենք նման պրակտիկա ունեն»,–ասաց Դաշյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ իրենք սպասում են Արդարադատության նորանշանակ նախարարի որոշմանը եւ հույս ունեն, որ այն կլինի ողջամիտ ժամկետում։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՌԴ–ում ադրբեջանցուն սպանելու համար 18 տարվա ազատազրկման դատապարտված Արման Առաքելյանն արդեն 4 տարի պատիժը կրում է Մուրմանսկի բանտում։ Նա ադրբեջանցուն սպանել է, երբ վերջինն իր սրճարանում հայհոյանքներ է հնչեցրել հայերի հասցեին եւ կոտրել պատից կախված հայ ազգի հերոսների նկարները։
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ նրա որդին եւ հարազատները բողոքի ակցիա են իրականացրել կառավարության առաջ՝ պահանջելով կազմակերպել Առաքելյանի արտահանձնումը։
