Իջեւանում անկարգությունների գործով 13 անձ ներգրավվել է որպես մեղադրյալ․ ՔԿ

Իջեւան քաղաքում բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ տեղի ունեցած անկարգությունների, ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ կիրառված բռնության եւ խուլիգանություն կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում 13 անձ ներգրավվել է որպես մեղադրյալ։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին հայտնեց Քննչական կոմիտեի լրատվության բաժնի պետ Նաիրա Հարությունյանը։

«10-ի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը, մեկ անձի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրությամբ չհեռանալը եւ երկուսի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը փոխարինվել է գրավով»,- նշեց նա:

Քննչական կոմիտեից ավելի վաղ հայտնել էին, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում ստացվել եւ վարույթ է ընդունվել Իջեւան քաղաքում Ոստիկանության ծառայողների նկատմամբ կյանքի կամ առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելու, խուլիգանություն կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործը. «2019 թվականի հուլիսի 17-ին՝ ժամը 18-ի սահմաններից սկսած, մի խումբ անձինք, ապօրինի ծառահատումների դեմ պայքարի խստացման հետ կապված իրենց դժգոհություններն արտահայտելու նպատակով փակել են Հայաստան-Վրաստան միջպետական ճանապարհի Իջեւան քաղաքի Երեւանյան ու Իջեւանյան փողոցների հատման խաչմերուկի հատվածը:

Այդ ընթացքում՝ ժամը 20:30-ի սահմաններում, մի խումբ անձինք, խուլիգանական դրդումներով դիտավորությամբ կոպիտ կերպով խախտելով հասարակական կարգը, բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դրսեւորելով Իջեւան քաղաքի բնակիչների եւ երթեւեկության մասնակիցների նկատմամբ, բղավել, հայհոյել են, վնասել նշված խաչմերուկում գտնվող հասարակական տրանսպորտի կանգառի թիթեղյա ծածկը, գործադրել բռնություն:

Մասնավորապես՝ բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակիցների մի մասը որպես զենք օգտագործվող առարկաների՝ քարերի եւ մահակների գործադրմամբ մարմնական վնասվածքներ են պատճառել հասարակական կարգի ապահովման նպատակով հիշյալ վայրում ծառայություն իրականացնող, իշխանության ներկայացուցիչ հանդիսացող ՀՀ ոստիկանության մի շարք աշխատակիցներին եւ չենթարկվելով վերը նշված հանցավոր գործողությունները դադարեցնելու նրանց օրինական պահանջին, ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ, իրենց ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարելու հետ կապված, գործադրել են ինչպես կյանքի եւ առողջության համար ոչ վտանգավոր, այնպես էլ՝ վտանգավոր բռնություն:

Նկատի ունենալով, որ նախապատրաստված նյութերում առկա է քրեական գործ հարուցելու օրինական առիթ՝ ՀՀ ՔԿ Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, 258-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով, 316-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով եւ 316-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով»:
